Begado denied my withdrawal

I won $309 at Begado on 13 june 2014.Ive waited a full 10 business days only to receive an email saying this

Dear Craig,

I would like to inform you that as per our decision as Finance Department your last withdrawal request was denied and the requested funds were reimbursed to your playable balance as we are reviewing your account.

This process might take up to 90 business days.

As soon as we have any updates regarding your account we will inform you via email.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I dont know why my withdrawal was denied ive not had a problem before.Im angry because ive waited over 2 weeks only to be told that..I know they are in the rogue section but as i said ive had no problem before so i continued to play there.

Ive discontinued playing at every other casino listed here in the rogue section because of the bad stories ive read..They most probably from reading other posts etc will come up with some reason not to pay me :mad:

I will not be playing there again after this

I most definitely wont do that..Ive only won what translates into about only £170.They wont even pay me that so it would be pointless to try and win more..If i do get the money i will not play there again

So your saying you have never had a problem there, have you cashed out before? Oh no:eek2: you also play other rogues! There is a reason they are called rogue.
 
yes ive cashed out there before 3 or 4 times without a problem.I did play at rogue casinos before i knew they were rogue even for a little afterwards but ive completely stopped playing at them now with begado being the last 1

Wow that's weird that you've cashed out before and now denied. Have you got an answer from them yet?
 
No reply to me immediate email i sent when i received there email.The thing which is really annoying me is the fact they made me wait 10 business days and 2 full weekends to then say its been declined without any explanation other than i may have to wait up to 90 days for an answer..Really poor practice on there part

That's the thing with rogue operations. Sometimes they pay, sometimes they don't and any member of CM who plays at them should have their head examined. Right here is one of the best resources for this type of info and you ignore it and by patronizing these establishments you are helping keep them in business.

You said this is the last rogue for you, I certainly hope so.
 
On their terms and conditions page is this statement:

All disputes should be forwarded to Begado by email within one (1) hour of the disputed event. Begado will answer all customers within 2 business days. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.

This is of course an outrageous condition. If there is a dispute, then telling you that you must email within one hour is absurd and a clear indication of avoidance of responsibility. They have not answered you within 2 days so they have broken a fundamental term of their own contract.

The rest of their terms and conditions are riddled with one-sided and unfair clauses. There is no postal or other address. There is no indication of any licence or approval. There is no proper dispute resolution structure, except entirely their own unilateral rules. No wonder they are listed as a rogue casino.
 
Same happened to me at Win Pallace Casino

Exactly same thing has just this week happened to me at Win Palace Casino
Got the message saying take up to 30 days to make a decision.
THAT time scale must be illegal. In UK laws you could give them 7 days to sort out or take then to court and if they dont reply in 7 days they are very unlikely to win in court because of that.

Applied that to a few financial institutions in UK owing me money and got paid very quickly thereafter. Dont know if Casino will follow suit but sent them email giving 7 days or further action
 
This is complete speculation on my part, but I was just thinking...What if they're in the process of selling these casinos to someone else and they're stalling all payments until the sale goes through so that the new owners will be the ones getting stuck paying the players instead? This whole 90 day thing is kinda hmmmmm.

I'm just reminded of Betboo, Max had put a warning because they were stalling a player and not even answering mails, and suddenly they were owned by Jetbull.

Of course I might be completely wrong...
 
It seems to be happening in the whole group. Grand parker (directly related) is doing it to me. Begado, winpalace... sounds like something is up or perhaps just a new ploy to stall payments. However, the worst part is that they don't consider Fridays to be working days. Also, the day before and/or after a Holiday. So that 90 business days could turn into about 6 months.
All of this is outrageous. My time frame was 60 business days which could be 4 months. Something needs done with this absolutely criminal situation. These people cant just arbitrarily make up crap like this AFTER cashout. They need to make it known on their site prior to playing that this is their practice.

wow all I can say if WTF....90 business days could mean like 4-5 calendar months....hope CM makes a note of this action by the casino....huge candidate for the "slowest/dumbest review time award"

Yes they are listed under the Rogue Casinos. This has been there for years. They are pretty well known for the problems. Most people that play there already know this, but ignore the warnings.

I had never had a problem with them prior to this. Never looked them up as rogue since I had played this group with no major issues. Yes, their bonuses are great. That is one of the biggest reasons they caught my attention. Free chips and bonuses galore.
 
Anyone see the similarity in casino problems on the begado and grandparker complaints. This further proves that begado, winpalace group and grandparker (group) are in fact connected even though they should have been stand alone operations.

Rtg seems to have gone mostly bad again after being pretty good operator for a few years ;( Its hard to find a good rtg operation anymore. Even grandparker and winpalace groups used to pay up winnings, even thought it took a while.
