Hey

Anyone else played here yet?

Played there for the first time and enjoyed it all and played all the NetEnt games I like to play at. However, over the last week or so, NetEnt games are suddenly not available on the site, any idea why this would be?

I did ask a rep and they said the games are all being updated but that was nearly a week ago and still not on their site.

I'm confused

Oh and they did reply and this is part of that said reply (not that it matters now)

As I said earlier, I cannot give a time frame for the Netent games to return but I can confirm that we have not lost the right to host Netent games on our site. We have been assured that they are still being worked on as a priority

I pointed out the negativity about them as I thought they'd like to address the issue- this was part of their response....

As you could see we do not have any jackpot games at the moment

Haha..you couldn't make it up. Also, are we sure they're even English, what with the awful grammar and all....Stay away people!

I have the 'official' reason now....if the below is true, does it mean that some players could have cause to reclaim monies lost by being allowed to use the autospin function that is not allowed by UK Gamblers Commission?

The reason that we removed the NetEnt games was that we found a technical issue in our integration whereby the players' country was not being sent to NetEnt correctly, and as a result the auto-spins functionality within the games did not comply with the UK Gambling Commission's requirements. (The UK Gambling Commission requires that we must ensure that players must enter a loss limit before they can start an auto-spin session. However, due to the fact that our system was not identifying our players to NetEnt as UK-based players, NetEnt did not enforce this particular requirement.

Must commend their honesty on the NetEnt issue. From memory, it's not a compulsory rule more of a 'strong recommendation' and not a breach of licence.

There are still a number of UKGC casinos that allow 1000 spins on Dead or Alive and all DAUB sites still allow 1000 spins on Play 'n' Go.

How long does it take to sort then? They haven't had the games on their website for a couple of weeks now. Don't really care about their 'honesty' they are rogued for good reason and have taken to ignoring my emails completely, this despite them saying this on their website > bProfessional – This means responsive and effective customer service, an emphasis on fair gaming, unrestrictive terms and a passion for responsible gaming.

b for bull more like ;)
