I guess they take their chat sessions seriously. Quick story: I'm trying to verify the amount of the original deposit (they add $3-5 and you have to tell them what the final amount was as verification). It should have posted on the 27th of July, but they say it might take awile. So, 2 weeks later, it's just not there, so i contacted chat, to see what i needed to do or what the other options were.

I didn't save the session, I was so dumbfounded that it just ended. Here was my part of the conversation though (from Lazarus Form Saver for Firefox, only captures what i put into forms)

1st chat.webp

Now, if i try to chat, I get:
banned.webp:lolup:

So, i go to a different computer on a different IP, in case they've blocked me entirely.
Here was the conversation:
ok bye i guess.webp
:(

Has anyone ever heard of this? I mean, at this point it doesn't looked like they've ever charged me, so I should keep my fat mouth shut, but I'm perplexed as to what sin I've perpetrated on Matt.

The only contact method they publicly provide is chat. Is there another way to get ahold of them? Should i just try again tomorrow and hope that Matt goes home and cries when he considers what he's done?

This is why these wallets that STILL flout UIGEA because there is "money in it" are unreliable. This could have been worse, they could have taken your money before doing this. You should check your statements carefully, and if possible ask your bank to ensure this charge is blocked should it be "in the pipeline".

You have obviously offended them somehow, but CS staff should not be such "wimps" if all that has caused offense is you querying why this verification charge has yet to appear. It's possible your bank has blocked it and hasn't told you. This would indicate the bank knows what this transaction is related to, and thus you would have further problems in trying to use this wallet. One common problem US players face is that the wallet credits you instantly, and you use the money, and then the bank blocks the transaction from clearing, leaving the wallet without the money you have already used. This is a problem because you are then considered a "chargeback player", and this makes the problem worse because this information is circulated among operators and processors, and the first you would find out about it is after making a withdrawal and having it confisacted "for chargeback fraud".

Current advice for US players is "give up for now". Things may get better in the future once the government feels the "trash" has been driven out (in other words, the government has devised a way to make money from it).

You should be glad you are banned. There are numberous complaints about this company double and triple charging people accounts. I had issues with them before and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
