Wait'n for a payout!
I have not posted here in a while, so before I ask this question I would just like to say that everybody on this sight is super cool and extremely helpful. I appreciate everything!
OK- I have always gotten my payouts via check or WU. However, I am about to request a payout from Slotocash via wire transfer. How does that work? Do I just simply give them my BOA wire routing # along with my account # and that's it? Will BOA receive my wire from the casino? I'm a little nervous and skeptical and if any of you have experience with a wire transfer, especially at Slotto, your input would be greatly appreciated

Thanks 2 all ya'll!

Slotocash RTG? If so, you need to make sure that all your documents are in order and approved BEFORE asking for a withdrawal. This will keep you from encountering problems at a later date. So ask CS (Live Chat) what you need to send in for verification if you haven't already done so. This is true for almost all online casinos.

I don't use BoA so maybe someone that does will come in and give the specifics on wires to them.

Ive been approved too. Waiting for 3 withdraws. When you give all the details about your bank , do not forget the branch address, I did and there was a little delay due to that. They will also ask for swift and routing of course. good luck:thumbsup:

You shouldn't hava problem with bank especially if you have owned the account for awhile and have good banking relationship. Keep wires under 4000.00 if possible as anything over $5000.00 get reported to feds. Also, keep receipt of many frequent small wires to a minimum. Try to mix up your withdrawal methods, wires, ACH and Courier checks.

Good advice.....

Let us please know when you get your money. Sofar it doesnt look good to me. I was told by the manager on the 18th that my wire would have been sent out the very next day (19th)

I havent received it. I contacted CS today and I am told that my docs were only been approved on the 22d.... and that they will try to contact the account department and I should get an answer within 48 hours :what:

It doesnt make me happy....not at all

Same with me- I requested a bank wire 3 days ago and my w/drawl status has not changed from requested to authorized. I have contacted support via chat several times and all they keep telling me is that my docs have been approved and I "will be able to w/drawl soon". I will try to be patient

I just emailed Slotocash and this was the speedy reply:

Dear K----,

Thank you for contacting us.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in processing your withdrawal. We were having some difficulty with batch processing so we were having to do each withdrawal request manually, which is taking some time. This issue is now resolved and your withdrawal will be processed tomorrow.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,

Amy

I guess I will just have to be patient for one more day- I hope everything works out

Ive had a chat/email with the manager "Georgina" she did apologize for the delay.....still ,she doesn't know yet when I will receive my money.
She said she will email me as soon as she has a reply from the processor.:(
I guess I'm going to quit on line gambling.
