Hi all, hope this is the right place to post this.
My wife was playing a few games last night but noticed something amiss with her balance.
She had the bonus on DHV and won £111.02, this put her balance to £499.02, all good so far.
She then decided to play Extra Chilli and bought 2 £10 bonus buys, she gambled and lost on both(we've all been there right? ).
It was then she noticed her balance was at £459 but it should be £479.
I have checked her history and it does only show the DHV and Chilli games being played.
I have also taken screen shots of the history for proof if needed.
Im not going to name the casino as they have not yet replied to her email and all could be sorted without any issue.
I just wondered if anyone had an issue like this before?
