Beware USA residents! I played their freeplay and won $50.00. Now of course in order for your winnings to be transferred over you must make a deposit of $50.00. I had no problem with that. Of COURSE Im going to make a deposit in a casino I had won a few rounds in. I have a prepaid account open with netspend and Ive had success making deposits through inetbet and super slots just to name a few so why should I expect any different with this one. ** Funny because when I did click on banking under the section for both credit and debit cards it shows the visa and mastercard logos

-can be used worldwide

Wow what a disappointment!! I really liked the slot selections they had to offer too. :(

Well I'm sure there's around 60 - 70 other MG's you could try who have the exact same slots...

Mind you, I think you'll struggle to find many others who accept your cards either. :(
(Maybe some USA members here can advise...?)

Don't blame the casinos - blame your draconian government. Land of the free? Pfffff! :what:

Unfortunately, I think the only Netspend reloadable (gift cards no longer work) cards that work are Visa. I don't think the Mastercard versions work anymore.

And why does everyone keep throwing up CM's name when they don't get their way? Sorry, but that's not going to change anything.....it's like a kid that runs off to tell daddy....:D

Well, the attitude of the CS rep left a lot to be desired.

Simply telling the customer to "look at the list" is simply not good enough. The player has already done that, and had problems. Where was the "world class service" (yet again, not present). This was like telling the player "work it out yourself".

The advice given here is what should have come from CS, namely that Netspend Mastercard is what the issue is, and that a VISA version would most likely work. CS should know by now that for US players it is not simply a matter of opening a new deposit method, they have to work with what they have, and casinos that do not help in this respect might as well pull out of the US market and leave it to those that can be more flexible and helpful.

Many US players are already finding it impossible to find a method that works in some casinos, but are clearly puzzled why SOME casinos seem to be able to cope with what they have, yet others can't - even with what looks like identical banking systems.

Here in the UK (LEGAL here), NONE of my Mastercards have EVER worked for online casinos, but most of my VISA cards do. It seems that Mastercard are not intentionally allowing such transactions, even where it is legal, whereas VISA will, even where it might be deemed illegal.

vinylweatherman you nailed it right on the head actually. I'm actually glad I posted my experience. From the threads that followed it has been eye opening. I did find it puzzling why in some casino's they accept what I have. It makes sense now. I have just recently learned over the last several months that Netspend offers a Visa card. I do have a Visa prepaid card which is what I use to withdrawal my winnings with. My only problem is that currently there is a very limited balance on there. Thanks for the information provided. Ya live and learn. :)

Winbig - Just to clear the record. My mentioning casinomeisters name to the cs was not about me not getting my way. I was in no way expecting casinomeister to "play daddy" as you suggest and step in because my deposit method was not accepted. I knew casinoshare was listed as an accredited casino through this site. What makes a reputable casino? Wouldn't offering good cs be apart of that? Please correct me if I am wrong.
My reason was to ensure they knew I was going share my negative experience with others in this forum. There was nothing under their banking information stating that the deposit method I was using was not acceptable for USA customers and I felt left in the dark with no answers which in turn left me frustrated. I couldn't get any answers from him so I thought perhaps by posting my experience here I could do one of several things;

1) Get advice from other members here as far as my experience goes
2) Since I obviously couldn't play at this casino using my preferred deposit method someone more knowledgeable might be able to suggest another reputable casino that does accept mc from US customers
3) Ensure those that are from the US who have not figured out like my self that mc is not accepted everywhere are made aware of this issue with this casino

But certainly not be attacked
