Not that I have a Eco card any more I recieved this in my email today

This month there will be some important and exciting changes to your EcoCard account.
PSI-Pay Ltd. a UK-based company (Company Registration Number: 05899168) will shortly be responsible for operating and managing the EcoCard brand, accounts and products. PSI-Pay Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the United Kingdom as an Electronic Money Issuer (FSA Reference Number: 481195).
How will the changes affect me?
You will see dramatic improvements in the website design and in the products and services offered by EcoCard over the next few months. These will make the site easier for you to use and allow you to do more with your account whilst at the same time:
? improving the security of your online transactions,
? safeguarding the money in your account, and
? offering you increased consumer protection.
What do I have to do to take advantage of these changes?
Most of the improvements will not require any action on your part, however the first time you log in to the new site you will need to acknowledge the new Terms of Use. If you haven't already done so, then you may be asked to verify your identity as a measure to protect against fraudulent use.
We will keep you fully informed of any further developments. We hope that until the changes take place you will continue using the existing EcoCard service as normal. If you have any questions about these changes, and the FSA then you may write to us at fsa@psi-pay.com, or to support@ecocard.com.
