Hi, this is a chat transcript from redflush online casino.. according to this wagering requirements are passed over to next deposit for all microgaming casinos.. Have I missed this completely?

Me: but the thing is that I have had zero balance between each deposit
Me: then the wagering req. is cleared right?
Marcus: Even if your balance does go to zero, if the wagering on the previous bonus were not completed, then that wagering gets added to the new bonus. You can clear your balance by playing out the bonus, but that does not mean that the wager requirements were met.
Marcus: Those wager requirements then gets added to the new bonus.
Me: are you really sure about that???
Marcus: Yes, Daniel. That was a rule implemented by MicroGaming. Even if a bonus is cleared, without meeting wager requirements, then that wager requirements will be added on to the next bonus that hits the account.
Me: I have never seen that on a microgaming casino before.. have this been changed recently?
Marcus: That was implemented on all MicroGaming casinos within the last 6-8 months.
Me: I know that this is not true.. I think I missunderstood yoy
Me: are you saying that the wagering requirements are passed over to the next deposit even if you loose your entire deposit plus bonus?
Marcus: The wager requirements are passed on to the next bonus. Wagering are only limited to bonuses given. Even if you play your bonus balance to zero, but have not met wagering on that bonus, then the wager requirements of that bonus (what was left of the wager requirements) will be passed over to the next bonus that hits the account.

Seems like BS to me, if this was implemented in the last 6-8 months, how come I've never noticed this?
I play MG alot, and take many bonuses.
Seems like Marcus doesn't know what he's talking about.
Which MG casino was this?

huh...that's the first I've ever heard of it. I know sometimes the bonus gets stuck because there was a bonus round unplayed or something like that. I had a bonus in Wealth Spa that I forgot about once.

But if the balance is zero, the WR should be done. IMO.

This needs to be clarified, because Red Flush gives you bonuses without asking or giving you a chance to say you don't want it. If WR are carried over from all the bonuses I've gotten and busted out on then I'll never get to cash out from there! Can someone give the Red Flush rep a heads up about this thread? I'd do it but I've never gotten a response from my PMs in the past.

Never heard this one before. Please enlighten us if you know anything about this Bryan as I think a lot of us that ever take bonuses at MG may be in for a rude surprise if this is accurate. Again, never ever heard of this before. Thanks!

I tested to deposit once again at redflush, got a bonus but busted before I met the wagering requirements. I then made another deposit and got another bonus and guess what.. the WR was NOT passed over :)

Not long ago I cashed out on a freechip before wagering completed at Casino Rewards casino (not a signup, but a loyalty redemption). I took the money and ran since it was possible (checked with livesupport and saved chat).

But the next bonus I took, the remaining WR from the previous bonus was bundled up with it, since I did not bust out or complete wagering on the prior bonus. So the bonus increased after my cash was depleted and I won from bonus funds.

I'm willing to accept a bonus that carries over if I have the ability to withdraw my cash balance at any time.

Marcus is talking out of his arse, a common feature with many brands of front line CS. He does not know the answer, so is "blagging" his way through by pulling random answers out of his back end:D

MGS casinos have a BUG that frequently carries a random WR over to the next deposit even when the balance has been zeroed. Marcus has even gone as far as to give his bullshit credibility by "quoting" from some internal MGS "documentation" about some fantasy update that MGS put in place some 6-8 months ago that IMPOSED this on ALL operators. Bollocks again, operators are free to vary the bonus system quite widely, using different weightings and game bands. They can use different types of bonuses, and can opt to allow or block withdrawals with bonus sacrifice before WR has been completed.

So far, the only KNOWN explanation for this happening is a part finished game in the system. This could be an unfinished hand of Blackjack or Video Poker, as well as an unfinished slots bonus round. These often occur when the player presses "start" but gets disconnected, and believes the new hand was never dealt, or the spin never made.

Never happens to me at mini-vegas group

I think the chat person was saying that it carries over only on bonuses. So if lose dep+bonus and redepositing again without taking a bonus it shouldn't carry over.

But, in reality I think Chat was totally wrong as non of the MICRO casinos I play carry over playthrough if the entire bonus and dep lost.

This wouldn't even make sense. You have 500 bucks left to wager. That gets tacked on your next deposit. Then you have 1000 and you don't do as well so next time you have 3000 and it just keeps getting tacked on top?

9 months later you can deposit 50 bucks but you won't because you'll have to clear a $975,000 WR.
