They are all saying in the streamers whats-app group that was leaked that apparently this affiliate changed his YouTube videos specifically the ones of online games to promote his online casinos.
GTA5 is a 18 age game in Europe but it 15 in other EU Countries. The video is YouTube Age limited but means nothing If your not signed in for just click OK like 99% of children do.

Basically a GTA5 video game and at the Bottom, asking to sign up to a Gambling Casino.

Just wondered If this was even Legal?
He seems a decent enough Channel but they are also saying he used to promote non-gamstop casinos?

Are there any regulation into Casino Streamers?

I have many issues with the way this channel promotes, not complying with ASA rules, using underage people to gamble (under 25 in respect of gambling advertising, not under 18, not allowed to gamble), but don't really see the problem with this. It was uploaded 6 years ago before he started doing slots and is age gated (to an extent). Don't see anything against the rules really here being honest.

There are loads of regulations, just most of them seem to think they don't apply to them.

Isn't it casino in the end who is responsible if they are promoted against regulations by their affiliates?

Does the description need to say join a casino, it is a video game thats all I was asking

Sorry mate.
My expertise is in such threads, but I also kind of like being here.
So said expertise and knowledge are on a hiatuses at present.
I’m sure other fine members will address this for you in due course.
I could say wonder how many underage gamblers migrated from his previous channels to his gambling ones.. he’s old channels up still.
But I’ll not.
I’m off for a beer instead.

Was watching a Norfolk streamer called Hypalynx yesterday, seems a decent guy with no affiliate agenda and he said that WinstonBet pay affiliates £500 per stream to promote them.

So this must be the reason that Chipmunk and Rocknrolla promote them. Shite casino with the worst terms and conditions.

When you do the maths, the streamers are playing for free because they get £500 cash per stream, then play at said casino with a match bonus!

Hyper i knew personally years ago before a streamer was even a Twinkle in a casinos eye.
He was mainly pub fruits then evolved naturally to online, just as the industry via the fobty intended.
I’ll not waste my time or my membership mentioning the rest, just looking up the casinos alone should give you a opinion on whether or not they are worth your hard earned money.
Also regarding deals the streamers get ill not bother with as know personally it’s not what they promote.
Give folk enough rope and they eventually will hang themselves.
Fuck me im like a politician on these threads now a days haha
