Anyone still play Clubworld?

Well, I just spoke to CSRep at a Rival casino and I was told that it will take 10 to 15 business days for a ACH to hit my account.:eek:
Dont you find it a "little" too long..........:o

For US players, 10 - 15 days seems standard for ACH. Of course QT is much faster but by the time you get the wire from QT it has been 10 - 15 days. As a side note, have you noticed that MG casinos have developed a "better than everyone else" attitude?
 
well, when I was playing at Club World I would receive my ACH in less than a week....now Im getting free spins in less than a week.....usually every 4/5 days.......lol:o
I checked with QuickTender.........and besides the fact that ,by the time I will actually have the money in my pocket 10+ days will be gone ........also a pretty amount of expenses/fees will be take a bite on my withdraw.
So I decided to wait, although I still think that 10/15 business days is way too long.
 
I did an ACH on a Friday and had the money in my account by Wednesday. This time I had to do a check because it was under $150, Illl let you know how long that takes. I just requested and got approved on Monday

If that is the way they pay, I will look no further, as far as RTG's are concerned. Kudos to them. This is how it should be!

So IIRC, ClubWorld removed the money from your account on the 21st which was Monday of this week right...and now thru ACH withdrawal it is showing in your bank account 3 business days later right...

I will be the first one here to give Kudos and two thumbs up to ClubWorld on this one, sounds like they have their processor on the ball now, and hopefully it will remain this way and the fact that it was handled so fast I hope was not due to this thread but the fact that they are processing ACH for everyone using this time frame...:thumbsup::thumbsup: to ClubWorld

I went to deposit with my Netspend Visa like I have before and got this message that to use my credit card I needed to contact CS.:eek: So I got live chat on the line and asked what was the problem. CS looked at my account and said that it was OK.:thumbsup: So I thought OK, I'll try again. Lo and behold, same message. I finally said just 'F*** it' and deposited at 3Dice. I have sent in all my paper and all were approved but I am not going to call on the phone everytime I want to make a deposit.

I haven't had the time nor the inclination to wait on their CS to ask them about this. Is anyone else having this trouble? Since I use a Netspend I know they haven't had any trouble getting their money.:mad:

I got same message. Unacceptable! I emailed them and will wait for their reply.

Don't know if this is in any way related to your NETspend problem at ClubUSA or not but FWIW... I can't deposit at all using QT, their cashier just sits there after entering info. This has been since their 'upgrade'. I finally took the time to call ClubUSA CS last night. This is a known problem and some customers can't get a deposit to process through the cashier interface in the casino.

I have not been able to use Quicktender at CW since Saturday and they know it. I have talked to at least 4 different live help support people who either say they will tell the techs or some that act like they don't give a crap whether it works or not. So to me that raises a red flag that something isn't going to well there.

I've used a NetSpend card, among others, for about 5 years. I found that NetSpend constantly updates their "banned vendors" list - being especially hard on online casinos. I've deposited at a site without problems for many months and then one day it is blocked. NetSpend doesn't want to follow the footsteps of Neteller into the grasp of the US DOJ.

Just wondered how big your initial frustrations were and how long luck was not with you at the beginning.
My guess is it must have been pretty bad for them to give you a free $75 chip since my experience is they give most peeps nada despite returns being consistently low.

Bryand, I never got the chance to use my card. When I clicked on the deposit with visa/mc option, that's when I got the message to call CS. I know that my card works at all casinos with no problem so that's not it. Worked fine until they put in that Primapin stuff. It took me two tries and about 20 minutes to get CS the first time to ask about my account.

I might try again when I get in the humor but when a casino makes it hard to deposit at, I find another one. Too impatient to mess with it.

I don't find this troubling, just a bit of a nuisance - and will probably wait for 'smooth sailing' reports before trying again. But they'll likely see my business again.

Just a little heads up on depositing a Club World. If you read my previous post, I am having trouble depositing with my Netspend card there. Found out tonight from their CS rep. that their processors won't take it at this time and he doesn't know when it will be working again. He said "The processors that we use do not take netspend". Then I asked him is this was something new and he said "Just while we're trying to get the processor back up". I asked him how long and he said "I don't have an ETA at this time". So just a little information for all of you.

What happened to ClubworldUSA? I can't find it anywhere and just get redirected to Clubworld UK which does not recognise my account:mad:
Even in the meisters accredited list I get redirected to ClubworldUk
 
I have been "dancing around" with them all morning. Got an email to send them a screenshot of the message that I get when I tried to use my Netspend card. So I sent it and jokingly told them they could send me a free chip for all the trouble (did not expect anything). Then got an email that said no free chip, haven't deposited enough, but I could use NEW75 deposit bonus. Told them that since I couldn't deposit that wouldn't be an option and that if they looked at my account that it was showing claimed because I had claimed it when I tried to deposit last week and couldn't. Told them no biggy and left it at that. Then I get another email telling me that I could deposit with their new option, PRIMAPIN. I emailed them back and told them they were missing the point. I didn't want to nor will I ever use their PRIMAPIN and that my card was working fine until they starting pushing PRIMAPIN. I have told them in the last four emails to just forget about it, that I would find somewhere else to deposit and they just keep on going.

I'm not sure what is going on but if they are going to have a prepaid phone card as their main source of depositing then they have lost me. I'll deposit somewhere not so 'high maintenance' and a little more depositor friendly.

They may be wonderful but for me, not so much. :mad:
 
DHL delivered my check today, it would of been yesterday but they got lost!. So....I requested a mail check on Monday and got it in my hands in less than 5 days. My ACH took 3 business days
 
I got an email from CS that said all should be ok, to try to deposit and let them know -- "If again you are unsucessful can you please reply to this email outlining the trouble you are having."

Well, I still can't deposit w/QT through their cashier. I replied to the email ([email protected]) with details and the freakin' email bounced. :rolleyes:

Anyone have their CS addy handy? Doesn't matter. I'll find it somewhere. I'm only doing this once, and that's it. More trouble than it's worth, at this point.

ClubWorld UK is the only one in Pounds, unless something is wrong with their system. I just deposited there at ClubWorld in US dollars and it is working fine for me.

When I first started playing there about two years ago the casino interface used to actually load up and say Club USA Casino and then about a year ago they changed it to say ClubWorld on the casino interface.

Here's a couple of paragraphs that I received from them in an email when I first opened my account there:

I have now made 4 deposits and the software brutally kicked my ass, same way, 1 feature which gave me $9 and nothing more than 3 symbols for some stupid 3 and 4 dollar hits, mostly. That's $400, with no bets higher than 1 dollar and most at 40c. Total playing time was about 4 hours. :(

I case anyone is wondering, it took me $3500 in deposits to finally reach the $750 cashin that I received the other day. Now apparently the software is in the retaliation mode.
 
That's why I quit taking bonuses there. 2/3 of my first deposits were on 35 to 50% bonuses. Could never hit the playthru and have anything left. And I'd go to the cashier and check every now and again, til it shows amount as withdrawable. Telling you, I never got there. A win is a win, and I will cashin with a modest profit, once playthru is hit.

Someone's mortgage must be due. :D

I'm seeing, and feeling, a bump in the road here; not THE SKY IS FALLING. ffs, there are other places to play until they work out the kinx.
 
This software needs to be rogued. I just deposited $125 and got one feature on Triple Toucan, betting $1 til I got down to $70, then 40c from there on out. Deposit was made a 1:10 am and balance was gone by 1:40 am.

I believe it has been documented that RTG can change the payback % whenever the casino wants to. End of the month, not having a good month, lets turn the kill switch on today and suck the money in.
 
Don't know about you guys but I know I'm trying for the Random Jackpot there... it's currently more than 10k. Worth a shot at least until someone gets it then say goodbye :P
