I've played BLACKJACK at both many times. I found CS to be a bit slow in helping (due to the Indian accent) but they do go all out to resolve any problems you may have.
You will have to send a faxback, ID and a Utility Bill. They have ALWAYS paid me and paid me within 48 hours max.
Great bonuses...WR's are reasonable.
They give you "Recommend a Friend" addition bonus also.
Read the T&c's.

I give them 2 thumbs up!!! :D

I play at Starluck when I have time that's if I get my wife off playing bingo  I can say this Starluck pays you as fast as others. Most pay in a timely fashion.& you have some that takes like 3 weeks But like any online gaming you have your pro's & con's & I hate to walk on any toes & say this one does'nt pay & this one does. I just tell you what I seen.
Have A Great Day & Good Luck
Tom know as BingoT :)

The software has glitches that will drive you crazy if you're playing the slots. When you play a 5-reel, 9-line slot, after a number of spins... and especially if you play rather fast.. one wheel always gets into this frozen state where you cannot see anything but a blur. The rest of the wheels spin.. and it probably doesn't affect the payout.. but it ruins the fun of the game, and it always happened on every slot that I played. You then have to exit the game, and then come back to the game and play until it happens again. Not really a good playing experience. And for those who may be thinking that my computer must not be able to keep up with the graphics... my computer is state of the art.. over a gig of ram, and you cannot get a faster internet connection than I have. My experience at Planetluck and Starluck were less than enjoyable. The payoffs on the slots were usually lower than the initial wager.. and it seems to me that they're way overdue for a software update.

So iGlobalMedia software has glitches not only in video poker and blackjack (search for iGlobalMedia and you'll find all the old threads), but also in slots. If they were regulated in any way whatsoever they'd be forced to stop taking deposits until it was fixed.

You'd think they could spare some of their Party Poker millions to at least make the software functional. Until they do please don't anyone play there with their own money. You might win something from their bonuses, but there's no other reason to go near them.

Ultra fast payout --- I got my cashout within 3 hours of my withdrawal request.

Nice bonuses --- they've been keeping me "free cash" times and times even though I am almost saying I don't need it :D .

Streaky BJ???? --- Some say their software is rigged but found nothing particulary dubious.

Oh goody. Fast payouts and big bonuses. Well then, that's all that matters. Never mind that their software is full of holes and they really aren't remotely bothered about fixing it.

And then there's their history of course.

I have to say that they throw extra $10's in my account even if I haven't deposited in a while. You can make a withdrawal request no less than 8 hours after depositing.

I do find the software to be really bad. I have learned to wager low the first spin of the slots because many time they 'freeze' and don't give you your money back. I'd hate to spin at $4.50/spin and lose that...I don't mind losing 9 cents...and it happens all the time.

Wow, I thought I was the only one that happened to. Add it to the other things they won't answer about.

Didn't they totally overhaul the software after those old threads, and didn't the wizard approve of the new version?

I am not 100% sure I remember this correctly, but it seems like that to me.

I like playing the king kong slots - I find them humorous and sometimes you can really win a bunch on those. I never have had the freezing problem, so that likely influences my opinion.

I sure hope my memory serves me right, because I like the feature slots and feature video poker - it adds another dimension to the games that I enjoy.

Updated Starluck Locks Up Program

well iglobal updated their system today and i have had it lock up on my twice now. Once on partybingo and once on starluck, to make it better after it froze i had reboot and relog in, and then lose all my money like it was nothing playing the same game i was winning on before hand. Talk about a bunch of crap, I called them and they did credit my account with $50 only thats about $150 short orf what i was at before the program froze. I know what your thinking that it may be on my end of the connection, but i assure you it is highly unlikely as i am running with cable modem with a 2 gig pentium processer and always keep my cpu in tiptop shape for proformance as i play online games as well. So anyway they are checking into and told me to uninstall and reinstall their program then let them know if it happens again. That all great except i will have to wait to talk to the host of my account to get any further action or get anymore of the money i had up to the point of lock up. I am just glad i am a diamond member of theirs or i may have been s.o.l on all my money. So if you plan on playing at any iglobal casinos beware you just might get the boot, and if you do get the boot i wouldnt try playing again for awhile.
