I'm curious if anyone knows anything about Real Vegas Online and whether any legal action that may have been taken against them?
Just curious to find how, with their terrible reputation, they stay in business. Anyone? Thanks.

Anyway - how can anyone take legal action against an unregulated company when no-one knows for sure where exactly on the planet they are located and the real names of the owners?

They stay in business (just like all the other rogues) because only a tiny % of the online community know about their terrible reputation, and so there is never any shortage of new players for them to ensnare. They also have a better profit margin than reputable casinos because of all the money they steal from their winning players. They must be laughing ALL the way to the bank...

Thank you so much for your reply to my post. I sorry I may have posted this to the wrong place but I am kinda new and still learning my way around. I guess your right and there really isn't too much anyone can do in such unregulated areana. I am a U.S. player and have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and The new Consumer Protection Agency. I understand that they probably can't do anything about these companies but it made me feel better to file anyway.
I really believe like myself most online gamblers don't realize that this problem exists untill they try and collect their winnings. I think I may write to some mainstream media outlets about doing a story on this very subject to at least alert the public that this kinda thing is happening. I don't believe I've ever seen anything about this on TV. Thanks again for your reply.
