Anyone else having probs with clubworld tonight

got a error msg casino has shut you down i hope i didnt leave puter on at cottage lol. Then what do i do im logged in up there and back home im sure i closed off casino i play there on weekends if not in court lol.

Maybe contact Live Support and see if they are having any problems or if they can tell if you are logged on elsewhere. :)
 
One other thing I noticed is that they are suddenly very slow in responding to emails.

well actually they dont at all.
Ive requested a withdraw via ach 8 days ago, wich seems to me a little too long for theyr standards..e-mailed em no answr no money no nothing....
Are they going same route as CS at Inetbet, if so, one more cancelled casino.....Just couple left.....lol

CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS TOO MUCH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER

I have noticed many new CS reps lately, also, Chat through software shows "offline" yet "online" if you go to their website and then have to wait forever.

Definately things have changed. Hope they get back up to par soon. Also noticed somedays the bonus offers not as good as in recent past. Had a few issues with several promotions and promised email from Promo Department. Never got any response after 4 times promised through chat. A few of my favorite reps are gone. Charlie for one. He was promoted to Supervisor and then bam, he is gone.

Laurie 8 days is toooo much for an ACH at an accredited casino like CWC....dont you agree with it?:oops: You know I dont lie....at least I hope so.

.................you should be able to get him by phone at 7 am in the morning, hes a very nice guy and im sure he will take care of it for you, 8 days is a long time, i agree.i use another method so mine goes in pretty fast...........call him o.k ...................laurie
 
Kakata did you use moneybookers i know this week they had some major probs with them. I think its cleared up as i cashed out. My prob was dif i had made a deposit i had to wait and forward them the email back to them day later to get the credit something with system lost file or something. Keep us posted im sure its just one of those things cause club is so good with this stuff. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

I just wanted to clarify some of Kakatas remarks.

The ACH payment he is referring to was processed 4 working days ago without delay, and the email he refers to was sent to me at 20:30 on Sunday night and responded to on Monday morning.

Ive received an email....Tom was kind of upset about it.
He read my last post, he missed tho, all the other post where I do prayse em among the 2 best casino along with 3dice.
If He would read my public profile he would have seen which one are IMO my best casinos.
Now a day I dont play anywhere else that those 2.....more often at CWC, that's why I get worryed at first signs of delays.
My withdraw was approved last monday and today is monday, so for me its 8 days.
I dont count weekends cause I do play on weekends and my deposits go thru during those 2 days.
I also stated in my last post that I knew that there was NO PROBLEM at all about getting paid, I know they do pay.....I wouldnt play there otherwise.
 
I didnt use QT for the simple reason that I would get charged 30 plu 10 and than an additional 3 days to receive the money.
Expences not worth on a 265 cash in.
Tom I didnt write the e-mail at 8.30 .....you probably received it at that time.
If you want to talk about it.....than Ive had a lot of unanswered e-mails in past weeks, about your connections problem and the live chat I couldnt use (now fixed), and never publicly complained.
Now if I cash out such small amount, once every 3 months, I need em in order for me to continue playing, and I need em sooner than 8/10 days.
BTW I wasnt the only one who noticed some kind of delays in your answers lately, but this time tho.:oops:

download software, chat constantly shown offline. Shown online if go web site but on hold forever and I finally give up.

Also, 2 days playing Jackpot Pinata wagered over 1000.00 hit bonus round once.

What is going on all of a sudden. Payout percentage really low in my past 3 week experience.

Never this bad for me before, ever!
 
Yeah i know the feeling last week i couldnt do anything wrong this week i cant hit a fly. But thats the facts with playing casinos. You win some you lose some.
Looking for dif games now rtg mg rival i have few places i deposit in and play daily but tired of the same old games. Now party casino tossed me a bonus i guess due to all the deposits and u have to put 50 in at a time and never cashed out im hitting this and that there. But bored again maybe time to stay clear for a few days or hit the land casinos any takers.
