Anyone else having problems at Jackpot Party?

For the last few days I've been able to log in OK, but when I try to go to any other page (e.g. Cashier to make a deposit), the site just "hangs" for so long that eventually I give up & close my browser.

Anyone else having this issue?

Jackpot Party has issues with certain B.T. IP ranges in the UK and hangs and even reports the games are not available in your location, not saying this is true for you but something I thought I might add.

The region most affected is the county of Worcestershire.

In Belgium it has become extremely slow to get connection,and sometimes I cannot get the connection at all.

Since yesterday there is also a problem with Video Poker : I always get the message "internal server error"
Anybody did have the same problem with VP?

Our Hosts can help diagnose the issue, suggest possible solutions and if needed, report the issues to our IT team for more thorough investigation. Would you also be able to improve the quality of your videos on your YouTube channel? They are quite frankly a disgrace! Constant lagging and poor quality. They used to be good, god knows what's happened

I haven't actually tried again since last week. That was over 2 days on ie8 & FireFox - couldn't get anywhere. My session timed out & I was logged out before I could complete my deposit transaction.
So other casinos got my money

Might have another go later tonight...
