Any US Pd by Red Flush lately?

I am in Canada and have been waiting since Oct 2nd for a withdrawl to my instadebit account. It has been appoved a week ago but still don't have the money. Will send them another email tuesday

yes I have been paid to
my quicktender account
several times in the last month
from Red Flush

Good Luck

Cindy

I requested a withdrawal on September 16 and have been given excuses of:

9 days later...It was sent on 9/22

8 days later...It wasn't sent on 9/22, but I would receive it in 3-5 days

7 days later...It wasn't sent because of problems with processor, but would be processed within four days

Now neither the casino or rep are responding to my emails.

I'm afraid I was very naive and assumed that any casino that this site had listed as approved would be approved by eCogra. I also didn't check to see where they were located or I would have never involved myself with them in the first place. I should have done my homework.

When will I learn?

What was your desired withdrawal method?

I got paid as recently as last week (quicktender). Payouts are usually pretty quick, but variable between 25 and maybe 56 hours. I don't know if the variablity is on the casino side or the payment processor side.

And while Red Flush is based... wherever, the one CSR I've talked to was in South Africa, which was kind of weird.

I also sent a PM to the rep here at casinomeister about slow payment. He has never replied back to me. I started my withdrawl on Oct 3

Quite conflicting experiences from different players. Can Martynbeacon shed some light on this without going into specifics?

I received an email from Red Flush. They didn't make an excuse this time, but they apologized for the delay and said the withdrawal would be processed today, but I probably wouldn't get it for at least three banking days. I was told the same thing 10 days ago, so I remain hopeful, but I can't help feeling dubious. They have not refused to pay...they just haven't paid.
Yes the different experiences trouble me too, but I have been told by many people that your first withdrawal is handled fast and efficiently, but the second withdrawal was a fight. Of course, I have no way of knowing if this is a common practice with them or not.

My deposits were made by debit card. I originally requested a check for the withdrawal, but I received an email advising me that an ACH would be more easily processed. I told them they could do whatever is easiest for them. They tell me the withdrawal will be coming ACH.

They didn't mention a processer problem in this latest email or any other excuse, which I appreciated. At first, they said the ACH had been sent and the bank lost it. Then a different operator told me it had not been sent, but would be within 24 hours. Then another operator said it had been sent, and I sent them
copies of the previous email that said it had not been sent. After Martyn contacted them they said it had not been sent because of a processor problem, but it would be sent within four days.

I'm not sure what is going on with Martyn...perhaps he has been away or something. Also, he may not have any control over this problem. It was due to his involvement that they promised to pay me within 4 days on 10/07. He was sure that the problem was handled at that point. I'm not sure, but I don't think he has visited the forum since. I sent him a couple of emails, but there is no indication that he read them. Hearing from them last night was a surprise, so maybe he did check on the matter. I have no way of knowing.

This should be considered totally unacceptable from an accredited casino here, it does not seem that they quite have their act together there and as a new casino they sure are not too impressive !!

The Red Flush rep here at Casinomeister contacted me and the money was in my account immediatley. I am happy once again!

Thanks Red Flush Host

I'm glad vegasbum. Apparently, Martyn has been around. He took offense to me stating that Red Flush was avoiding paying me, but as I told him, the facts speak for themself. Reps get paid for our play and it is to their benefit to assist with players problems with getting paid. I understand that they are obligated to the casino because they are the ones that pay them, but if we don't play they don't pay.

My father was Anthony Strollo. I shiver to think of how he handled someone that did not pay their gambling debts. I am beginning to understand why.

Other microgaming casinos have suffered from implosions of the little-noticed "payment processors", whoever they are. Jackpot factory comes to mind. And those snafus do a pretty good job of wrecking any casino interaction with the 'real banking world' in the US.

That's why good ewallet is important. (well... it lets you play easier... maybe that's not a good thing) :)

Now you know I have to Google your father's name and see what it brings up, don't you?:p

[After the Googling] Oh my! He was your father? Jeez! I'm going to always be nice to you!

Yea, it's not pretty...and there's no way to put these things behind you. You earn your wings in a crosswind. YOU have no reason to fear me...however, in business they all scatter when I'm called into a problem. It's a lonely life.

"I'll be right back." My father the day he disappeared.

My withdrawal from Red Flush has been deposited into my bank account. Thanks martyn for your efforts.

Like I've always said to my associates in my business..."It's not what you know, but who you know that matters"...glad to see that Red Flush finally saw the light even if you did have to drop a name...LOL
