So this afternoon I deposited 14euros at casino heroes since I as close to beating boss and there is this race to receive freespins.
So anyhow I was down to my last 3euros and decided to play monkey king at 25c. Got all the way up to 108euros. Crazy shit the sticky wilds never died. In the meantime, I got to leg one of race for 10 spins on nrvna. So I withdraw 80euros, I go to activate freespins and no more spins. I went to support and they told me since I withdraw, I lose those spins of the race.
Is this normal? Is it because they want to tie up my cash with the freespins?
Even though I won, I've often played there, never any problems basically it's the main ycasin I play that isnt in CAD$
This is first time I've noticed this and I find that totally cheap on their behalf. So should I always withdraw before a boss fight?play the spins if I win then cancel withdraw or redeposit, silly I find. Playing cat and mouse.
I will just be thinking twice before depositing there now.
