I think Bryan is doing away with a password this year. Instead entry is only permitted if you are wearing a fleece in homage to Simmo!

I decided to turn up for a short while.
It was great to meet KK and Grandmaster and a couple of others, as well as CM himself of course.
Shame there were not many players (hardly any as far as I am aware) though, it was more industry people - affiliates and casino reps.
However, there was free beer so cannot complain.

Thats because WE, the PLAYERS, keep losing our a$$es in order to finance YOUR free beers.
We simply have no (more) money to book a flight to London!

I didn't come in the end. I am waiting in for deliveries, and they have been arriving this week.
Yesterday afternoon, when I would have been out had I gone, my stuff from Maplin arrived a day early for "standard" free delivery. This morning, my great Nephew Alistair arrived, again a "standard" delivery
I am still awaiting 2GB of RAM

I'm not a beer drinker, so maybe I could have raffled mine off!
I would love to attend one of these, just to meet some of the (in my opinion) coolest people on the planet. There are so many people in this little community who contribute so much of their time and effort to make this a great place to gather. Kudos to Bryan, Max, Simmo! and webzcas and to all the members who go out of their way to help any way they can.

I agree ksech. Is there ever an American or Canadian meeting? I would love to meet Bryan, Max and many others. It would be an awesome opportunity to meet people that you feel like you are getting to know somehow.......and I am a beer drinker, so it would be perfect!

It would be great to consider something in a casino location in the US or Canada. Casino Windsor/Detroit comes to mind as a mid location for both US and Canadians and its an international airport for those coming from outside the country.
If I could help with planning as a US member with time on her hands, let me know. I have learned so much from Bryan, Max, Simmo, et alia that it would be great for us to meet you over here.
