Am I bad with Math or is this not 5(5)(Payline) or 5x5x45$? The Casino say no.

Now I can post photos. Below is a link to a temp. photo viewing site where the photo is hosted.
but I will inupload the pic here as well.

you can see my hit here: Old / Expired Link

It comes from yesterday, on a rival brand 3 reel, 3 line slot called 5x.

The hit goes 5x 5x double bar.

unnamed copynew.jpg

Betting $1 and max bet of 3 credits per line, a total of $9, it seems to me that given the verbage of the game description, which i will share in yet another photo link below, there is no doubt in my mind this is a $1125 hit. $45 i the line hit for 3 double bars times the first 5x times the second 5x.

I will refrain from saying anymore about the casino save for they disagree with me, and only verbally, they wont reply to my emails on this matter.

Here is the description of the 5x symbol in their game explanation section:

"5X symbol is wild and will replace any other symbol to form a winning line, when possible.
Wild has a 5X multiplier."

So to me, that statement could easily be broken down into a formula. wild (5x) wild (5x) double bar($45) = double bar payout ($45)(25) or simply 5(5)(45) = 1125$

Are pigs flying in a cold hell or will you masses please opine?

The BIG question is if it says in the game rules that the multipliers are cumulative. If they are not then the result is correct.

Or when they say, "5x is wild and wild is 5x multiplier"

are they not implying that each symbol multiplys the end result by 5x.?

Their semantics are vauge, but not in way that benefits them in the least, imho. I dont feel that should protect them though.

what do other rivals pay for this same hit is maybe a more valid approach to the answer I seek.

The payout is correct.

Any bar and you only got 1 pays 1x bet so in your case $9. you got 2 5x with it so 5x5x9 =$ 225 which is what you got paid

thats what you think given that that same line wopuld have paid $225 for (double bar)(double bar)( 5x) ? I dont see where u get the math there. I bet $1 coins, 3 per line on 3 lines...

I have never come across one of those 3 reel slots (there are loads with that mould/design) where wilds are cumulative. There are ones where one wild = x2 and 2 wilds = say x4.

Its just a x5 wild, the fact that there are 2 of the to make up the win makes no difference and as others have said the payout is sadly on this occasion correct!

Edit: Oh yes H, forgot about ye olde potato :p but at least I'm 90% right :p

I looked at it on Videoslots as they have the 10x version and i would still say that the multipliers are not cumulative. In my view you have "double bar" which pays $45 + 5x multiplier = $225.

These old classics actually always have it written on them if the multipliers are cumulative as you can see on Microgaming's Couch Potato.

i think if thats the case, I am closing my account permanently.

With this place and any featuring this game. The title is irrelevant to my sensibilities. the question is, if the symbol is wild and it represents a value of five time the symbol it replaces, then 2,imho replace the symbol 2 times. which could not be clearer to me. 5(5)(line pay)

OK, one more clue why they are not cumulative.

The Jackpot pay is 5,000 coins. Now usually the next lower pay on this old classics is quite far off that top pay.

In essence on your slot it would be for red 7's with two 5x multipliers = 150x 5 = 750, which i think it is in reality....... but if you take it cumulative 5x5x150 = 3,750, far too close to the jackpot pay.

OK, you are playing 5x WINS which doesn't, as Paul said, have the cumulative multipliers like 5X PAYS (below).

The game is based on 5X PAYS (look at the paytable below. I know the wilds ARE cumulative and pay 25x for two with a blank or 25x win if landing with a symbol.)

But you aren't playing that version, simply a cheap copy of it with 5x for both 1 or 2 Wilds.
