allslots poor customer service again

I havn't played Allsots for months, usta be the only place I played a few years ago and recently played there sister casino All Jackpots. I have a love hate relationship with this group.
On the 16th o November The VIP lounge sent me a happy birthday wish and told me to visit my VIP Lounge account for the most current promotions. The BD wish was nice, I belong to alot of casinos and only Buttler Bingo was another to send a greeting.
With the VIP lounge 3 years ago they sent me 200.00 for my bd, the next year was 100.00 last year 25.00 this year$0 nothing but wasnt exspecting anything as they closed my VIP lounge account months ago with out informing me only found out when I tried to log in and I hardly play here any more, but there the ones sent me the greeting and told me to go my VIP account wich I can't as they closed it. I contacted them and I havnt heard back. Its been over 24 hrs I cant wait to see what there response is if I here from them.
I think this showes another reason why the group is loosing touch with there players.


On CM on there picks they have Allslots and have there cash out time 24hrs, it hasnt been 24 hrs for months its 48hrs.

The loss of the US player base was a massive blow, and I recall talking to VIP Support about things in general, and they said that around 90% of their players were from the US. This was before UIGEA when every move by the US to ban online casinos barely made a difference. Despite expanding into Europe and other countries, they cannot have made up that 90% lost when the US became closed to them.

I suspect the VIP status is dropped after a period of dormancy. My VIP lounge account was closed this year after I had not played as much since UIGEA, however I did receive an email a week before. It is possible that the notification email ended up in spam, and of course it was not an expected email, so no need to go looking for it.
