@ESCJAMIE next time tag me please, missed this.

We had to increase security due to heavy ddos attacks. When you get the first post screenshot, our security suite most likely marked you as a bad bot or ddos. (your IP i mean).

Reset router or modem will result in a new IP quite often. New visit from same hardware will result in "i am human" checkbox. Tick it and you can proceed.

Unfortunately the outlook for this year is that it wont look much better:

Also just noticed your other thread about the £40000, im so happy for you, I mean as someone who does max 50p bets I couldn't Imagine what it must of felt like at the time thinking they wasnt going to pay you out, cause ive been there before where i won a lot of money but didnt get paid cause no proof ect and its heartbreaking. But yeah I was confused at first not knowing how I helped haha!, Im glad this post some what helped you !!
