All Irish casino query

Attempted to open a account. Was told sorry I can't as I have a active account on all British casino.
Deposited and played on all British no problems at all, it's still active and open.
The advisor told me due to there mga license I can't have a account elsewhere within there brand.
I asked 3 times for him to show me that in there terms...upon the third time of asking I was cut off and chat ended. I've no duplicate accounts, had no problems with all British.
Wondering if the well knowledged members on here may be able to shed some light please?..
I have also saved the chat transcripts as found it truly bizarre...
 
It is just a company policy thing that us UK players are only allowed to be a member of one 'skin' across the whole of their brands.

Nothing to do with sign up bonuses etc as this also extends to their "No Bonus Casino"

Strange rule given that this is the only company I know that does this but no hidden agenda nor malice just a case of "Their house, their rules"
 
Theres a few in the group. Cant remember them all of hand but there All Irish, All British and NoBonus casino at least.

And its true you can only have one account at any casino in the group. Weird but true. So if you have joined one you are not able to join any other in group.

I did ask the advisor but he wouldn't answer me.

I tried joining all Australian casino a while back and had the same issue.

Idiotic business decision. But there casinos and also there rules. I'll be closing my all British also I think, don't like that way of thinking from a brand.

If I were you I would hold on your account at all British casino , I know the restrictions for U.K. Players sucks but Jan has mentioned on forum that they are looking into fixing the issue with U.K. Players only having access to one account
I am South African and thankfully haven't been restricted from plainness at thier other casinos, but for the last year I have only been playing at all Australian and I have an account at Polder Casino as well as all Irish casino and to be honest if you want the best value in terms of promotions and bonuses then all British ans Polder Are your best , I say because if you only make one deposit a month at either polder or all British you will recieve mystery free spins every Sunday and they generous with them as they reward you based on activity so some weeks you may even get super spins thrown in the mix , players who deposit at least once 3'during a 30 day period will also recieve freespins on the latest Netent release on the slots debut, all Australian casino and the majority of the other will only get the Netent new release freespins and the 40% to 70% reload bonuses once a week , all British and polder will also grant you a reload every now And then but requires you to contact support , all Irish casino in all honesty has the least promos and rewards from my experience e anyway

In regards to the one account rule for UK players:
Within our group of casinos we have this rule untill the moment we have an automated system that blocks SE accounts during the onboarding and during the casino journey. This rule is to protect the player and ourselve. It is a different approach as being able to register, deposit, play and win and see your winnings being confiscated as you had an SE account at a different casino within the same group.

The rule that British players are allowed to have on account can be found under the chapter: Account rules, paragraph 21.

Please PM me regarding your chat because in my point of view a simple question like this needs to be answered to your satisfaction.

Yo. Unless its changed since i stopped playing since having being told i was not eligable for bonuses or spins anymore - unfortunately, only after i had already made the deposit to claim one, i was under the impression you only received the sunday spins if you deposit weekly (after often having to ask chat to manually add them due to not always being there they added funds based on the value of spins i should have received, which seemed to be based upon size of deposit(s) that 7 day period previous.)
Did seem quite generous with occasioanal extras though and cs always seemed pleasant .. so cant fault them there.
