Allinpoker stole 300$ from me i deposited with ukash (my first deposit neteller), i played for a few hours and then requested a withdraw because i only got badbeats.

Next day i received an email saying that my account is under investigation because i didn't play much and that i withdrew my money too fast

After a week i got another email and they basicly told me that i will not get my money back because they think that i use poker for fraudulent activity's WTF!

I posted this to warn everyone about the criminals behind allinpoker.co.uk because they will steal your money and get away with it !!!

Assuming this rather hysterical post is genuine, 2 things worth mentioning.

1.Casinos aren't banks. Many will stipulate any deposit must be recycled at least once or twice before it can withdrawn.
2. The reason casinos love webwallets is that they pre-verify many players but more importantly, once they got your cash, they got it! IF this case occurred with a CC deposit, you would have a prima facia case for a chargeback.

It is also worth mentioning that if a reputable site/casino doesn't want your account, they will usually return any deposits and neutralize it even if you have lost.

Remember we often get new people who turn up here, first post proclaiming they have been 'done' hoping that CM's clout will give them some leverage when all along they know they have done wrong. I hope you are not in that category.

If you are not, calmly and logically explain your beef and people will try and help.

Looking at their site it doesnt surprise me. They have tournaments still advertised from June 2012, their twitter was later updated 164 days ago. Looks like they just need money. I have tried a few site, all large well known ones, but I have always been satisfied sticking with Pstars.
