Hiya has anyone ever experienced the say problem? I've been playing all British and was depositing through my partners Apple Pay mistakenly having her card on my apple pay wallet
All British have now forfeited £750 and returned the deposit amount back to the Apple Pay, I understand the 3rd party but when this was a mistake I then gave all relevant id bank statements etc surly I can take this further?

They have acted honourably as third party funding is generally a no-no for obvious reasons. It could be used to launder money, abuse bonuses and even worse, done without the knowledge of the owner of the payment medium and when a win occurred only then was the owner of the payment tool told and asked to cooperate in order to get you your winnings. I am not saying this is the case here, but if the casino did not consider that possibility they would be failing in their regulatory obligations. So to remove any doubts, the payment is refunded.

I don't think there's much cause for complaint from your end.
