As the the CS team thought this was an isolated incident at the time, with no other reported payment issues, they advised you of actions to take your end prior to us escalating with our team. If you can let us know if your tried these and attempted another deposit, that would help us out a lot.

He told me to clear cache and cookies, and to contact skrill, and I told him I wasn't the only one. He also said he would escalate it, which he obviously didn't.

I always use a clean browser, so no cache or cookies, so that wasn't the issue. The skrill screen made it clear it was an issue with your account, rather than mine, backed up by the fact someone else had the same issue. I tried 3 times in total, always got the same error, inbetween I deposited at mrgreen with no problems, then afterwards at videoslots, again, no issues, that should show it wasn't my account.

If you have been getting skrill payments since then it was probably just a glitch, but I don't have funds in skrill at the moment to try again, I'm expecting some payments this week though so will try again when I get one, and if any problems will let you know.

I am in the same situation as Colin, nothing left on skrill,

This is why I do not like to go to live help at alot of sites, Like they told Colin to clear cookie etc and they pass on, Obvious nothing gets passed on, I have had this trouble with some other sites and not sure if it was with you once when you did not have an U.K license, Skrill blocks payments when sites have have no U.K license and this is the message that appears,

So without being funny maybe your servers or computers need the cache clearing :D as you have a licence, Skrill canot see from my computer if you have the licence set up??

Next time I get some funds in skrill I will give it a try :D

I have been informed that there was in fact an issue Skrill's end with payments beign made to All British over the weekend. This has now been resolved, and when you are ready you can complete transactions onto All British via Skrill once again.

See this is the problem with live chat. It had nothing to do with cookies or cache, and nothing to do with my account. Instead of just spouting shite, when theres an uncommon problem happens, support should investigate further rather than brushing the customer off. I told him it was your account with the problem, he told me he would escalate it.
