Absolutely gutted. I deposited at this casino and won €8000. I withdrew 5000 and left 3000 in my account. I looked at the terms and conditions as I’ve been caught out before. I lost 2500 at split aces as they said I broke terms and conditions. I placed one bet on roulette and it was over the 30%. This time I thought I’m okay not broken any rules. Anyway I went on and lost the 3000 so I deposited €50. Lost so that was it, I left it alone. Then I get an email saying that I’ve broken the terms as I did not deposit enough money. I had deposited €160 before I won and then the €50 after I requested the withdrawal. I just can’t believe it. I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous condition. Apparently you have to deposit a total of €200. They even took the 25p I had left in my account. I feel so furious that they are allowed to do this. They even emailed me saying oh you have €8000 in your account carry on playing and you could have a life changing spin. What utter rubbish, it was nothing but play money. Please if anyone is using these sites. Read the terms and conditions it’s just rotten to be on such a high and then to come crashing down and penniless.

Seriously hope that the final sentence is merely a euphemism and you are not "crashing down and penniless" !

Excuse me but all I am doing is warning others. I could not find any information about the casino when I first looked. Don’t tell me it’s my own fault, you don’t need to. I gamble and I know the deal. I don’t want other people to fall victim to the terms and conditions and lose money. It’s a well known fact that people who gamble can suffer with mental health conditions and you sir do not help with comments like that.

Gambling is a personal choice. I have no one to blame but myself. I just thought I would put it out there so someone else don’t fall victim to their ridiculous terms and conditions. Luckily I just get angry and close my account. Other people might not. They may have gambled their rent money or be in financial difficulties. Leading to depression and more gambling. Only trying to help. I’ve been there and it’s not nice.
