Just a general caution to anyone who is getting spam from these people.
I checked the site and there is no mention of a licence anywhere on the site.

They offer huge sticky bonuses with high WR and low max cashouts.
max cashout X5 bonus on a 100% sticky bonus, WR 30X D+B, for example!
Should a player wish to withdraw from a bonus with a percentage of 200 or lower, he or she may withdraw 5X the amount of the bonus.

They do have a TST certificate but TST felt it necessary to add a note the RNG uses a cryptographic function that was not tested.
They also state;
This statistical testing effectively verifies the fairness of distribution and non-predictability of the RNG outcomes from the perspective of an external attack only.
I have added the bold and underline.

I have no real knowledge of cryptographic functions except that they can be used for password protection amongst many other things but that has nothing to do with the RNG.
Even so TST are basically saying that the RNG is fair up to the point it reaches the Casino and thereafter they can not comment as they have not tested how the RNG is implemented.
This is very important as the RNG test alone is basically meaningless.

I think AC Casino (AC stands for Always Cool :o) is related to Pamper Casino though I am not certain.
I am not saying they are rogue or their games are rigged, I don't know, I haven't played and they have not been around that long.
I am just giving some important information and my personal opinion that all may not be well with this Casino.

Unsolicited email.
No Licence (as far as I can tell)
Limited TST Global testing.
Max cashout restrictions and huge sticky bonuses.

I tried their $55 free chip with a max cashout of $110.

I was paid via Neteller after sending docs....took a week but I was paid.

There is still something about the place that doesnt encourage me to deposit there however......just a gut feeling they might be a virtual group all over again and just decide to stop paying you when they feel like it.

DID U have to send in a verication deposit..to link ur account like rivel ask peopl to do?

Well if Nifty got paid on a free chip that is at least encouraging from that view point.
I just felt it reasonable to point out the possible Red flags here as people were probably receiving spam promos from them and wondering if they were legitimate.
I see Tom as a responsible affiliate so I will PM him and point him to this thread.

Hi All
The only thing I don't like is to get that free chip from "Always Cool Casino" (AC) the player has to make the deposit to get it.
I feel they should change it to $55 Free with a No Deposit.
Thank You Rusty.

Everyone I have talked to said that they never ran into a withdraw problem with them as of yet.
Always Cool Casino is a wholly owned subsidiary of Operia Corp Limited Dalton House, 60 Windsor Avenue, London, SW19 2RR, United Kingdom
