Absurd Casino Response

Not sure if I can post links or not, this is nothing to do with me but I could not believe it when I read it. On another site there is a complaint against a casino, after somebody won over 2k on DOA.

The casino confiscated their money stating:

'We would like to highlight the previously quoted clause in our terms, which states that our bonuses are intended for recreational purposes only. As we have reviewed your gameplay and depositing patterns, we noticed that you all too frequently claim the maximum bonus available and use the casino's bonus money to win. You have never visited our casino to enjoy the games by playing with your own funds alone, rather you only come when there are promotions. In this regard, your playing cannot be considered recreational, but a source of livelihood. Because you abuse our bonuses for your own gain too frequently, we have irrevocably voided your win and are excluding you from receiving any further promotions.'

What casino is this? Normally reputable ones will pay the player and then restrict bonuses from then on.

This casino has been listed here last week I think. It's licensed in Curacao so that says a lot. It's a rogue in my opinion.

Maybe I spent too much time on Casinomeister.

I remember at least 3 or 4 complains about this casino on Casinomeister forum, all thread are about no payment include the cases where there was no bonus was involved.

Definitely belongs in the Not Recommended Section or the Pit. I don't know if the previous players filed a PAB but if they did and no resolution is made then methinks that is where this shady casino will end up.

Disgusting how they could even attempt to pull this one!!! They should get slammed for this! So what they are saying is if you gamble for monetary gain ... we have the right not to pay! What effin planet are they on!!! This stuff makes me mad totally dishonest!!! and Netent should be jumping all over this right now!

How can they be 100% sure whether it was not recreational? It seems they are determined not to payout - crap casino I would avoid at all cost whoever they are.

I hate how casinos like these are happy to state their opinion after the fact when if they were really concerned they could have e-mailed this player before he was allowed to take another bonus saying something like 'we notice you are taking the bonus too much. Be warned that if you keep playing with bonuses only when they are offered then you run the risk of being considered playing for non-recreational purposes and your winnings will be void'. Its so convenient to do this AFTER he has won and if he had lost well I'm sure the casino would encourage him to deposit some more (bonus or not).

Yes using recreational ball crap is just another way to say we are not paying you, Was it rolaston & playing fenix like some one pointed out? As osulle pointed out any decent casino will pay than ban you from bonus

Stay well clear, There is a few that are running and nothing but complaints, Fenix Casino (former casinoforme), VegasBerry, Casino Adrenaline, Jackpot Knights Casino (Busted) There is also hellocasino which I personal have played and been paid in good time & there is a rep that has stated they have nothing to do with the other groups & only running from same software,
