Casino Complaint About Mr green casino verification take too long

Hello members, I would like to ask if you have encountered the problem of identity verification for too long? It has been nearly a week and a half, and I have provided my driver’s license, insurance and pet’s address certification letter, as well as the bank statement of my personal account & my 3 months payslips , and credit card information. But mrgreen is still in the process so far and hasn't given me a final answer at all. So I am a little worried. I am a New Zealand player, so I would like to ask everyone to give me some advice.
