For now, this review thread deals especially with Evolution Games, as they are in most online casinos.
Evolution Games are fun, and there are some very charming hosts and dealers working there (and btw, I am masterfu678 on there, if you found this thread from google, well hello there
)
But Evolution has a very serious problem, the moderators, and I don't mean I hate the moderators because I was banned in chat, the problem is that most of Evolution moderators do no use their mod rights correctly. There are many rude players in the chat, and I had personally received attacks from these rude and negative players, just because I was trying to help them, and what does the moderator do? Absolutely nothing, no chat ban, zip zilch nada.
But boy oh boy, a nice and polite player said something that the moderator doesn't like, boom, there goes the player's chat privilege, while the actual rude players remains being able to chat.
My own personal experiences are:
In Lightning Roulette, I was chatting with the host about her vacation plans, a moderator named Lucas, didn't even hesitate to give me a 24 hour chat ban. Host were shocked, and she was sad that I got banned.
In another separate Lightning Roulette session on 10/18/26, I was talking with the host about the topic of sleeping, and I mentioned the word "drooling", because that what the host admit to do while she is sleeping, it was within the context of the conversation, and then, the moderator named Tornike, gave me a ban. Host were also not pleased, and she said "moderator, if you are hearing this, bring the player back", which didn't happen, but I will come back to this later.
10/28/26, while chatting with a host in Funky Time, me and the host had a nice chat, and it was near the end of her shift, so I wished the host to get home safe, then boom, my chat was disabled by moderator Selenia. For what? I don't know, wishing the host a safe trip home and nice rest after a long shift?
Of course, I had filed a complaint on these moderators to Evolution's support, it is the only thing we as players could do.
It is not just me, there are other well behaved players that I talk to, and they had similar experiences, and every time this happens, they had to ask the casino for unban requests, also, if you try to contact Evolution support for this, their answer would be to contact the casino support, and this brings us to how the casino respond to such requests, at least the ones I been on.
Bitstarz - Well, there is a reason they are CasinoMeister accredited, and there is a reason CM gave them "Best Support" in 2022. Whenever I was banned in chat for Evolution games, I would contact them, and the customer support agent would tell me to wait, and then provides me with updates like they had logged into their own Evolution console, and then, voila, I was unbanned, and they would tell me to be careful. This entire process only takes about 10 minutes, maybe less, even if I was given a 24 hour ban.
Roobet - This is the casino I was on when I got banned in Lightning Roulette on 10/18/26, despite the host's plea to unban me, I was not unbanned. So I contacted Roobet support, and they opened a ticket for an "unmute request". Their answer to me was "please be patient, we opened the ticket and waiting for Evolution's team to look at it", after about two hours, I was unbanned. Compared to Bitstarz, the speed of the process leaves much to be desired, but at least the support team were attentive.
Celsius Casino - This is the casino I was playing on when I got banned in Funky Time. I gotta say, this casino is the worst customer support experience so far. I will upload a screenshot of the responses I received
Outside of their authority, really???? Do they know that when a player gets chat banned, then they contact Evolution support, and the answer would always be "talk to your casino's customer support"? When I received this response, I tried to explain further of my situation, but I was unable to type more in the chat, so I had to close the ticket. I wonder if I was talking to a real human at all, as this response sounded like an AI. Celsius Casino in general has a very messy UI experience, I would get random games added to my favorites without me doing so myself, and when some games goes offline, they do not remove it from their catalog, they still have Evolution's Cash or Crash, which Evolution stopped hosting and offering a long time ago.
If I do find more casinos and has chatted with their customer support after a chat ban, I will update this thread in the space above. Probably will be a long time, as I do not always want or looking for being banned in chat, but these Evolution moderators are making it hard to not to get banned, because they are trigger happy with their mod powers with the actual nice players, I can guarantee you, if these Evolution mods actually used their brains and bans the rude and negative players, it will create a positive chat environment for everyone, both the hosts, as well as other players.
Reality is, the rude players would throw the most nastiest comment (sometimes even death threats) at the host for not giving them big wins, and the host just have to learn to ignore these comments multiple times a day, for each of their workday, and I had seen this in big games like Crazy Time, Ice Fishing, Lightning Storm etc. NOTHING was done for these rude players. Hosts told me before that the big games are actually better, since the chat scrolls very fast, and they don't have the time to read the negative comments.
Hosts told me that they are always appreciative when a player has a nice chat with them, it make the time goes faster, as well as making friends, they also told me their experience of losing these polite players from unjust moderator bans, they would be in the middle of a nice conversation, and then, the player's messages is gone, for no reason at all. One host told me that she saw a player being banned while they were talking about ice cream, another host told me that moderator Lucas had banned her favorite player so much, that she had to personally talk to the moderator in person, to stop banning the player, there is probably a lot more such occurrences, but these are the ones that I know, or seen the hosts talking about it.
