A Phone Call from Casino Rewards

From time to time I get a phone call from Casino Rewards telling me they have placed some bonus funds in my account. It is the only time they call me, and they have my express permission to do so. They have never called an at inappropriate time.

I got such a call tonight, to let me know they had placed $50 in one of my accounts, and there was a 100% match bonus on my next deposit.

How nice.

I logged in, and there was not $50, but $100. I looked at Playcheck, and it had been credited twice in a short period of time.

I contacted support to let them know of this error. Almost no wait time, very pleasant operator, and it only took her moments to check with the supervisor and tell me I was welcome to keep it since it was an error on their end.

I don't know the ending to this story, but I just wanted to say thank you.

Although Casino Rewards is not accredited here, they do have an active rep, Renee, and I have been playing with them longer than I have been a CM member.

Support used to be slow, and seemed a little clueless, but that has really changed in the past two or three years. I am by no means a winning player, so they are still generous with bonuses. Sure, I am not keen on all the "for new players only" offers I receive, and they are not as quick to pay as many, but I have never had a real problem, and smaller ones were always resolved.

They're always throwing free chips in my account. Although one thing you might not know - if you don't meet playthrough on a free chip, any additional bonus playthrough gets added to your next bonus. So if you bust out before making playthrough, make sure you make a bonus free deposit to clear that bonus.

That's what I was told when they'd given me a couple freebies back to back and suddenly my playthrough was more than expected. I asked in chat and that's what I was told....I may have been misinformed or maybe they've changed it, but it might be something to check into. It's not a big deal if you know it's going to happen, but if you bust out on the freebie and then take that deposit bonus and win, it's possible that you might have more wagering than you expect.

I dealt with them yesterday as well regarding an email address change. The response was quick and taken care of immediately. Have been with them for 10 years now and have never had a problem. Glad to see that they continue to value their loyal customers.

I too have had the odd phone call now and again, which is very welcomed and very appreciated as I only deposit there once in a blue moon so all good from where I'm sitting!

Their Rep has PM'ed me once or twice too and is always polite, helpful and informative. IMO you can play at CR with total peace of mind as if they were accredited, never any issues.

Same here, always throwing money in my account, I barely ever deposit with them because I am frightened to death if I win something I may have a multiple account even though they all seem to be on my promotions page but with the years of aggressive spam who knows .

@chayton

I know that a freebie also carries over any previous WR from your last play. A deposit, even if you take a bonus, does not carry forward unfinished WR.

@me_and_ed

If you have any concerns that you may have multiple accounts, I would contact CS and just ask! You can have an account at each of their properties though.

BTW... busted before meeting WR. Started poorly, big rally with Flying Circus, hit bonus round with two retriggers on first spin, and three more bonus rounds, including one with a retrigger in next 54 spins. Lost a little bit back, then choose Finer Reels of Life. This did not go well.

Had an evening of fun though, and there is a nice match for my next deposit.

hi me too never run into any problems so far with them payments have always been on the clock ,i dont play there much any longer but still have a few active accounts & they do always send out free chips with some good offers )

There not a bad group if they stoped there spamming emails, Always good to get free chip but do not like the sound of running of the back of the last free chip,

I got a 50 chip from spin genie the other month added, I said I am not due a chip but they said Have it any way, Did not las long but sure good to get chipped, & another site thats not on the list but take it from me they are good, & new games added

I was also getting tons of spam from this group and after I complained on here I got a PM from Renee, I can't remember whether I forwarded any of the mails or if I just gave her my email address, but the spams just dried up. I haven't gotten a CR spam in months now. So if you're still getting spammed, contact her because she really does help.

Sorry, they are a group I will never play with. They might be nice in the same way the drug dealer on the corner is, but how they start acting afterwards when you registered with them, with all the spam is another story.
