hi guys,joined this through a google search on a casino that I feel has ripped me,but that's another story....
basically ive been a pokie player since the early nineties here in good old new Zealand and was hooked,nothing felt better than going to the pub and sitting at a machine with a beer and celebrating a set of free spins with a lighting up a cig.
Land casinos arrived here about 1995 I think and that was like going to Disneyland in my world,soo much more choice and higher stakes...lovely
Then in 2004 our bloody government banned smoking in all public areas and I felt like moving to a third world country that didn't engage with all the new PC laws like ours,but I didn't.........instead I discovered the internet and porn and a newer form of gambling....my life was saved
I steered clear of online casinos until about a year ago,instead being hooked into online sports betting via watching the games on my sky television..SHit it was great and I never ever imagined 20 years ago that I would love sports like watching golf,lawn bowls and even some of those silly American sports that take like 4 hours before a bet was either won or lost.Anyway it became apparent that every game I put a massive bet on with low odds,would turn into the comeback of the century for the underdog team I never backed.....luckily television monitors are cheap cause ive been through a few smashed ones...
So hi to online casinos,its been a year with not much luck as yet but I am really losing faith in it fast,not that I'm sour from losing on the actual games,more that in my short experience ive had really bad experience in which casinos ive joined....its a minefield of being dubious about being ripped off and I hope this site enlightens me more..

Check out the accredited list, there are some outstanding casinos. You may not win, but you won't end up "ripped off" (at least we hope so, although at least one former casino just shut up shop and didn't pay players).

I'd suggest choosing sites that offer your currency. Those pesky small exchange fees can really add up for a regular player.

Start another thread about your bad experience. Depending on how you got ripped off, and by which casino, there may be hope still. As long as it's not a case of you playing it back during a long delay or stalling.

since my 2nd online casino problem and I reckon its a bad one,which happened 2 weeks ago,ive also been too scared to join another,because my 3rd bad experience happened straight away.
I joined bet365 sort of like rebound sex,deposited 50 bucks and expected to get the 100"% bonus.Apart from the slots looking outdated and boring(to me anyway),i lost my 50 on a game that didn't allow me to have my bonus.I cant complain about that though cause i didn't read the terms and spend two hours going through the massive list of games not eligible.
So two weeks now ive not gambled online,the whole business scares me a bit like Nigerian scammers..
So I'm undecided until i see if i get reinstated my $1500 balance i lost from a casino i trusted was ok,had been a member of for several months and was at their second highest level of their rewards program.
Heck I'm even ineligible to join the one from here that gives you free spins for joining this forum

You should be very careful about online gambling especially if you don't know what you are doing. Like me. I've just lost absolutely everything. Through stupidly and desperation the more I lost the higher my bet to try and win it back. I feel the casino should have done more than they did. Yet apparently they have followed the book. So their conscience is clear. I've explained to them that I have absolutely no way of remedying my situation. Yet they have followed the book or so they maintain so I'm basicly fucked. Stay clear of them.
