I wanted to share this experience with you to show what can happen when even my best laid plans go out the window, but I never give up hope...
Warning - it's quite a long story!

Part 1 - Insanity!
I took a 100% bonus on $125 at Sloto on Monday, mainly with a view to trying out the new slot Gobblers Gold. But it was late at night, I'd been drinking, and I think my brain had gone away on holiday leaving my body behind! This was my insane play on day 1:-

Gobblers Gold:
139 spins @ 40c; Got 2 lots of 10 free-spins - paid $1.20 & $4.32. Nett -$35
66 spins @ $1; Got 10 spins on pull 41 - paid $1.20... :eek2: Nett -$29
Now getting pretty frustrated, I did 30 spins at $2 - no features. Nett -$36
Quit slot $100 down.

Hole in Won
Started on 75c spins & got the feature on spin 3!
Did 50 more at 75c, then increased to $1.50 and got the feature on spin 34.
At this point I was actually $11 down and I don't know why, but I stuck at $1.50 spins...
50 of them, then 25 @ $2.25, but no more features & $57 lost.
Then up to $3.00 spins (I must have been drunk!); did 25 without getting the feature, but I did hit a nice win with 2 wilds for $90! Nett +$77
So stuck on $3.00 & got the feature 14 spins later for $90.
At this point I was $88 up, and that's where I should have stopped.
But I did another 25 x $3.00 spins; $75 wagered, $56 lost...
Quit slot $32 up.

So 80's
What possessed me to play this pretty crappy slot and go totally bonkers is beyond me now and I'm not going to give all the gory details, just the summary:-
Started on 75c spins and hit a fairly decent free-spin win ($33.60), but carried on upping bets until reaching $3/spin again when I hit another set of free-spins... which were crap! ($25.80).
Then did 50 x $1.50 & 50 x $2.25 and hit not-a-lot.
Quit slot $150 down - despite having only $32 left in my bank. I hate having same day deposit & bust-out, so dragged myself away to bed.

Part 2 - Lucky, lucky lucky!
With what I'd done before I couldn't even face logging in again until 3 days later (yesterday).
But there it was, a pretty sad looking $32 being all that was left of my starting $250.
However I don't like to give up easily & decided to see what I could do. After all, I have previously taken 3 $10-20 freebies to $100+ cash-outs!
So, what to play? Well I'd had a pretty good run on Baby Boomer's last time I played it, so headed to that one to see if I could low-roll as few $'s out of it...

Baby Boomer's:
Started off on a very modest 2c/line (30c/spin) - and got the Bonus Wheel on just my 5th spin!
This took me off to the Caribbean - but little did I know that I was going to get stuck there for ages!
I stayed at 30c spins... and the features flooded in!
After just 99 spins I'd had 6 features and gained $37. But these features take quite a long time to play out and quite frankly I was starting to get bored!
So to make it more exciting I upped my bets to 75c/spin.
I got another 3 features in 33 spins, the last was a Skeet Shoot which paid $60!
At this point my bank had amazingly reached $134 and I suppose I should have stopped. But I felt like I was on a roll, so carried on... into disaster!
25 x 75c spins - no features, 25 x $1.50 spins - no features, 25 x $2.25 spins - no features...
Bank now back down to just $49 :(
Start again! Switched back to 75c and played on...
Finally got a bonus round on spin 37 (112 spins since my last one), and then got 3 more in the next 88 spins, but my bank had been slowly dropping and I reached $28 after the last 25 spins with no features.

Now I was beginning to lose hope, so I went into "All or Nothing" mode & upped my bets to $3.75/spin!
On spin 7, when I literally only had enough left for 1 more spin, I hit the Shuffleboard feature for $75.
Then I decided to try something; I went back to 75c spins and as soon as I'd gone 25 spins with no features I would up it $3.75 again. But the first time this happened I bottled out & dropped back to 75c after just 10 spins. Got 3 more features before going 25 featureless spins again, so up to $3.75 again... This time I got the Shuffleboard on spin 3 & won $82.50.
But here's the good bit this whole post has been leading up to; I forgot to lower my bets!
9 spins in I got the Skeet Shoot... and it paid $300!! (Screenshot below).
After that I played 25 more high-roller spins with no features & 37 x 75c spins getting just 1 feature before FINALLY hitting 3 ships to take me back to port, when I quit the slot with my bank on $312.

Summary of the Caribbean section:
Spins: 504
Shuffleboard features: 15
Skeet Shoot features: 5
Wagered: $570.45
Profit: +$281

Moral of the story: Where there's chips there's hope! ;)

Part 3 - More to come!
Well that was all rather nice (in hindsight!), but there's more to come...
So far I've only wagered $1.632 of the required $3,750.
I just hope the second half of WR is not quite as exciting as the first bit!

Stay tuned to find out if this story has a happy or sad ending....

I love these kind of stories. to me there better than any day time drama's

So I will be waiting for the next part.:D

Me too!! I love this stuff, Do we have to wait until Monday for the rest of the story?:D

Ah come on KK..............you always win!!!!!!!!!!! If I find out you're not human I'm gonna quit gambling............:D

KK, what was the wager requirement attached to that $250.00 ??
Rob, I'm honestly not trying to be funny or anything - but did you read my 1st post?
Right at the bottom it says my WR was $3,750. (That's Deposit x 30)

Anyways...

Part 4 - I don't believe it!
Carried on tonight, and so far have done this...

Travel Bug
Spins: 286 (190 @ 60c, rest at $1)
Passport feature: 4
No-lose spins: 4
Total wagered: $210
Nett result: +$38

Future Fortunes
Spins: 353 (123 x 40c, 218 x $1, 12 x $2)
Tarot feature: 5
No-lose spins: 5
Total wagered: $291
Nett result: +$25

Reel of Fortune
I haven't finished with this one yet...
Got a Plunko feature on my 12th spin - but it paid the minimum.
It then took 198 spins to get another feature! :eek2:
(But I did hit 5 x Winnebago's for about $40 in those spins)
7 spins later I got the 'Curtain' feature again, but then went 50 x $1 spins with no features.
So I upped it to $2/spin; 5 spins in I got the curtains again...
And this is what I can not believe cos I've never got close to this before:-
I got FIFTEEN picks correct before finding the Donkey!!!

<speechless>

Well I'm happy to report guys that the story DID have a happy ending - despite some crazy play!

Part 5 - The long run home...
Not going to bore you with all the details (unless you really want to see it!) but these are the summaries of my closing sessions, starting with the unfinished Reel of Fortune, as mentioned in my last post:-
Spins: 337
Wagered: $372
Nett result: +$265

Wheel of Cash:
Spins: 219
Wagered: $219
Nett result: +$40

Cosmic Quest - Could not believe it would not give me an 'Asteroid feature' - but it didn't...
Spins: 471
Wagered: $451
Nett result: -$80

Love & Money - should have quit $49 up after free-spins... but didn't.
Spins: 276
Wagered: $204
Nett result: $0

Fantasy Fortune - No free-spins, but got ELEVEN picks right in a maze feature!
Spins: 183
Wagered: $132
Nett result: +$21

Reel Party - normally 'old dependable', this time it was 'old crapper'!
Spins: 250
Wagered: $320
Nett result: -$116
(Was only $36 down after 160 spins, but went mad chasing free-spins which never came.)
Met WR for my bonus near the end of this session (bank $505) - but played on... Good choice!

5 Reel Circus - very short & sweet!
Got free-spins on pull 22 on a 45c bet, during the free-spins I hit 3 + 3 + 4 +3 + 3 more scatters for 70 spins in total, all at x3 (Screenshot below)
Spins: 52
Wagered: $23
Nett result: +$57

Jacques Pot - I was really regretting playing this when after 250 spins I was already $109 down after wagering just $160 :eek2: But I played on hoping it would hit eventually - luckily I was right!
Literally on spin 300 I got the 10 free-spins - and I hit absolutely NOTHING on 9 of those spins; but on spin 8 I got the 'Burger feature' and it gave me the max of bet x 200! (Screenshot below).
Did another 50 spins after that, but wagered $40, lost $30 so stopped.
Spins: 350
Wagered: $240
Nett result: +$83

With my bank now on $645 I decided to cash-out $625 ($500 profit) and leave the rest for 'dabbling'

Quick reminder: At one point my bank balance was below $5!

I just wish every casino bonus WR was as pleasant as that (in the end)!

The End.

:D

Congrats on your good luck (and hard job ;) ), KK.

Sorry for OT, but any idea why is slot named 'Baby Boomers'?

This would be my guess: The baby boomers right after WWII are getting up there in age, and what do a lot of people want to do when they retire? Take it easy, which would include cruises. :)

As is often the case, after a major war, the end of World War II brought a baby boom to many countries, notably those in Europe, Asia, North America, and Australasia. There is some disagreement as to the precise beginning and ending dates of the post-war baby boom, but the range most commonly accepted is 1946 to 1964. In the United States alone, approximately 76 million babies were born between those years. In 1946, live births in the U.S. surged from 222,721 in January to 339,499 in October. By the end of the 1940s, about 32 million babies had been born, compared with 24 million in the 1930s. In 1954, annual births first topped four million and did not drop below that figure until 1965, when four out of ten Americans were under the age of twenty.[1]
