I have been pondering whether to post this or not, as I have been known to jump the gun a few times. And please do not go down that long winding road of........why did you keep depositing! Should of, could of, would of. We have all been there. So heres the story and here is where my mind keeps going to. We have casino A who has 2 other brands under the same owners, I have been playing there for quite some time, except for a couple of things that were sorted out, I have enjoyed my time there, had some good payouts etc. The last 6 months has started to get sketchy there and now they are pulling out of MGA and taking 2 of the casinos and combining it in with the other one with their affiliates. The one casino I have been depositing into quite a bit and getting no where, zilch ( dont say a word) I went on chat a couple of weeks ago over this and she told me " no one plays at that casino" " we dont even get calls about it" . Knowing this I still dumped money into this casino on Saturday. Quite a bit of money, and still nothing. I went on chat and asked my RTP and she told me 50% for the last 7 days! 70% for the last 30. Here is where my mind went and I can't get it out of there. :(
What is we have the 3 brands and that one casino that no one is playing at,people are dumping money and moving on. A dead " shell" casino. Soaking money up and not paying? They don't have their RTP'S showing on any of their games. Clearly the games are turned down. They have independent audits, but not by anyone I know. Am I thinking wrong? I dont want them to be rouge. Is there anyway to have my account properly checked before they close that one down?

*Should have, could have, would have*

What games or software is it?

Thanks for replying Dun. Its VPL, so as you know its multi. I was playing a spectrum of games from playNgo, quickspin, betsoft. I should also add that it was 70% last month too.

Play'n Go as we know can have lower operator RTP choices. Quickspin cannot. Betsoft are as dodgy as hell and have fleeced jackpot winners in the past so wouldn't put anything past them.

See this is where I get confused. Is it the providers or the casinos that determine what the game will turn out. I mean 50% after depositing 1400??????? And the casino threw in some freebies too. It was and has been like a vortex.

The provider will set the casino up with their choice of RTP model IF they have such a facility like Play'n Go and RTG do.
