Hi Jim,

Thanks for coming here - I dare say many of us have questions, so I'll start with a few of mine...

1) Where are you licensed?
2) What is the status of your UK license? (I assume you are planning for it seeing as you are accepting & encouraging UK players to deposit and wager).
3) What is you relationship with TOBWIN?
4) Where are you based?
5) How many people are in your organisation? (As per above posts, you seem to have many different titles - why not stick to just one (instead of changing them to suit whatever conversation or marketing thing you are doing))?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi funnymunny

We have many active players and
70% from our players are returning players
and i don't think that they return coz our license
or the numbers of employees we have
or where we based.

Players love us Because we honest. pay on time, and our team is the best in any why.

Perhaps if you did us the courtesy of answers to these (and any further) questions, it would help us understand your business & perhaps also help your to reinforce your trustworthiness(?).

If these guys have pirated games (confirmed by NetEnt), and have lied in the past about their operations (fake licensing claims, business connections) it doesn't really matter what this person says. He could have answered funnymoney's questions in about 30 seconds, but he chose not to.

I've seen this type of behavior before. The operator is probably no stranger to Casinomeister or its Rogue Pit.

Guys, I think he has given his answer to those questions here. Which begs the question, why won't you provide the answers on a public, well-respected and impartial forum? Is it because you know what has been written is correct and you don't want to make an official and public admission of your lies and guilt?

I think you'll find that it makes all the difference to players the answers to those questions. It provides reassurance that you are a legit operation and allows the facts to be checked. The fact you don't want this information made publicly available probably tells us all we need to know about your operation. Your continued public silence only goes to confirm what we suspect about your firm.

Rogue pit?

He probably dug it and lined it, and designed the trapdoor!

Also, 'Jim Carling' a very Anglo-Saxon name, but clearly speaks English as smoothly as Rushmore write cheques.

I'm sorry, but my famous livestock are going to have to come out again.......

Blueoceangaming.com ?

Where "Lorem ipsum" is their "News" section?

Old / Expired Link

Like I said - the jokes write themselves.

They must be busy keeping all the sites up to date though

other sites.JPG

rmc88 downloads a casinosetup.exe file as soon as you load the page but i got no alerts and it didn't try to run so it seems safe, there is nothing on the site though just an image

If I go to xxmegavipclub.com I notice that this is a affiliateprogram with some brands:

At least "touchvegas" seem to have the crooked NetEnt software. Didn't check the rest.

This post is from the 14 October 2011

and the page is here on this web site that claim they never heard about this kind of license

Hi Jim,

Clearly you skipped over my previous post that stated...

The Regulators from Montenegro have been in attendance @ European iGaming conferences for a couple of years & they're also confirmed as being on the exhibitor list for this years ICE conference. (Click

).

Interestingly(?), none of the aforementioned sites are listed as being license holders on the Montenegrin site. Old / Expired Link.

Any chance you could clarify the part I've put in bold... If you are licensed there, why is your brand not listed as a licensee?

Can you also please confirm earlier question(s) re your business relationship with TOBWIN

Many thanks

For those who are interested, I've received a PM containing this Outdated URL (Invalid), which shows the below...

Doesn't sound like a Licensing Authority I'd be comfortable with.

From Old / Expired Link

Client limits the liability of E-Gambling Montenegro to the services, work and goods ordered and paid. E-Gambling Montenegro and client agree that E-Gambling Montenegro will not be involved into use of any services, work and goods, that E-Gambling Montenegro has no personal interest, insight, control or influence into client's business operations.

We had business relationships that not related to casino operation.

It's funny the emails I had from 'David' at 1Bet2Bet that I posted in the first post on this thread clearly stated that all 3 are the owned by the same people. Who to believe? How about neither of you and just avoid you all together?

Btw - given that I posted this thread, I'm not sure what you hoped to gain sending me an email asking for placement on the site. Moreover you might want to be more careful next time and use BCC rather than showing everyone you're emailing that this is just a generic spam email
