Hiya gang. Never thought I'd have to post this but here it is. I received an email about half an hour ago with a 100% bonus. I made my deposit and went to live chat since the bonus didn't show up. Here's the chat:

Miley: Hi there, how are you doing today?

Miley: How may I assist you?

Me: Hiya hun how are you? My casino ID is *******. I received an email with a 100% bonus for my deposit but it isn't showing in my account. Are you able to help me with this?

Miley: Certainly

Miley: Please could you confirm your First Name, Last Name, email address and Date of birth?

Me: Yup it's *********

Miley: Would you mind waiting a quick moment while I check my records?

Me: kk thanks hun

Miley: I shall be with you in a moment...

Me: no worries

Miley: Thank you for your patience.

Me: :)

Miley: I'm not able to locate the offer that you are referring to. The closest offer to it is a Mobile Crossplay offer of 100% up to 100, which was only valid for the 17th up to 19th January 2014 - and the condition was that you had to log into a mobile casino.

Me: I just received it 20 minutes ago. Why am I gwetting outdated promos?

Now am I crazy (more than normal lol) or did they just take my money and say screw you? And why am I getting emails for promos that are expired. The email didn't give a date for the promo so of course I thought it was valid. Should I contact the rep here? Thanks for any help.

Sure you should contact the rep. If nothing else at least let them know what is going on.
 
I believe anytime you have an issue with a casino that is accredited here contacting the rep. should be your first course of action.

That's part of the tradeoff for having the luxury of the direct support we enjoy here, they help us and we help them by bringing problems to their attention so they can fix them.
 
never trust marketing or even casinos when they call

never trust those emails from most casinos i got burned by spin palace recently mine was a they messed up the wagering problem between the promo guy there that called me and there system was a joke from now on im always going to check with support and ask every question i can and unless you a at a really trustworthy casino like 32red i urge everyone to double check everything before depositing any money :)
