I played there years ago. They also run Sportbet and Island Casinos and use whacky cheap software (maybe DGS?). I didn't know that they had gone RTG either. They used to have some very low house edge games like video poker set to 99.9% and roulette and blackjack with improved payouts. They pay reliably but the fees are ridiculous and I'm not American so I stopped playing there as the improved payout rates would just get eaten away by the withdrawal fees.

The Grand casino uses RTG, bonus casino use DGS, match casino use Gametime.

They still have those games in their bonus casino, BUT if you're playing with their bonus,none of those games are available,it's all blocked. games you can play thru your WR are shitty, HE range from ~0.8%-5%

Agree. And yes,they have lots different options for withdraw,but also lots of restriction,like certain option payout on certain days and hours AND different limits.
let say you got a balance of $950,you can't cash out via check,cuz the min for that is 1000,you could cash out via moneygram,but the max is 850(and a hugh fee),or you can do it with GDMP + another pre-paid card,but they only cash out with 250 increment. So to me it's just too much hassle,and very confusing and annoying.

As for their support,I was trying to ask them to change my reward program to something else,they're like giving me all the run around,and refuse to do so. never give a explanation why wouldn't they.
