Hi Just a quick note to let you know that playtech just released 4 new exclusive exiting games:

21 Duel Blackjack, Forest of Wonders, Wanted and Wild Viking

21 Duel Blackjack is a beat-the-dealer's-score type of card game. It is similar to regular Blackjack, with the exception that it uses community cards (a concept familiar from certain types of poker, such as Texas Hold Em). In addition to the main wager, there is an additional winning option in the form of a side bet.

The game is played with 6 decks of cards on a blackjack-size table. The player can play with up to three hands simultaneously. The object of 21 Duel Blackjack is to get a point total that is closer to 21 than the dealers total, without exceeding 21. Card values are similar to Blackjack: all face cards and tens count as 10, twos through nines count as their face value, and aces count as 1 or 11. Note that there is no equivalent of a Blackjack hand in 21 Duel Blackjack all hands of score 21 are equal.

The main difference from regular Blackjack is in the way the hand is formed: there are two communal cards that both the player and the dealer use to form their hand. The player is dealt one card face-up and one face-down, and must combine his face-up card with one of the communal cards to make the best possible hand. In the process, the player also has to place an additional bet the size of the ante bet. If the point total of the hand is still too low, the player can also open the face-down card. If the hand is bad, the player also has the option to fold and forfeit his ante.

Wild Viking is a new exciting table game that combines the best traits of Roulette and Poker. The game is played using a deck of 52 cards and two jokers. The main game is similar to Roulette where the players can make multiple Roulette type bets, such as a single card, single number and particular suit bets.

In addition to Roulette type bets, the game features three additional betting options:
Poker Bets - The player can bet on different poker hands, but with the twist that the bet will also win if a better hand comes
Wild Viking Bet - Wild Viking is a hand where both the first and last cards are jokers. The payout for the Wild Viking bet is a whopping 1250 to 1
Progressive Jackpot $1 Side Bet - The progressive jackpot is won by getting a Wild Viking Royal Flush a Royal Flush hand that contains two jokers (as the 1st and 5th cards) which function as wildcards. The progressive side bet also has regular wins for smaller hands.

The dealer draws five cards from the deck and turns them over in the order they were drawn. The last (fifth) card drawn determines the outcome of the Roulette type bets. The first and fifth cards drawn determine the outcome of the Wild Viking bet. The five cards combined determine the outcomes of both the poker and progressive bets.

Forest of Wonders is a 25-line video slot featuring the Dollar Ball side game and two bonus rounds, one of which grants the player free spins and the other entails picking three bonus symbols to make up the win, with the twist of having up to four attempts to do so.

Forest of Wonders is based on the Alice in Wonderland theme and has two bonus games free spins bonus and a cash prize bonus. The free spins bonus is awarded when 3 or more Scatter symbols appear on the reels. The player has to click on one of the scatter symbols on the reels to reveal his number of free spins. The more scatters, the more free spins available.
The second bonus game is entered if there are at least 3 bonus symbols on an active payline. The bonus game entails picking 3 out of the 12 magic mushrooms to make up the highest possible bonus win. The player has 4 attempts: if unsatisfied with the win, he can pick again with every new attempt his previous win is reset.

Wanted is also a 25-line video slot game featuring the Dollar Ball side game and two bonus rounds. The game has a Wild West theme with symbols like villains, gun, gold sacks and dynamite.
The two bonus rounds are the Mini Bonus, and the Villain Shooting Bonus. The Mini Bonus is entered if 3 or more Scatter symbols (gold sack) appear on the reels. The player then has to click on one of the gold sack symbols on the reels to collect his win. The more gold sack symbols are scattered, the bigger the wins. The Villain Bonus is entered when the player gets bonus symbols (gun) on both reels 1 and 5. In this graphically rich bonus round, the player has to find the hiding villain in as few shot attempts as possible. The faster the player finds the villain, the bigger his win will be.

Minimum bet at XXL Club casino?

Looking forward to try the new slots.

I played the 5-reel slots a few days ago at your casino. But I found the minimum coin-size to be 0.1$. So to play all 20-lines at a 20-line slot the minimum bet was 2$.

I find this a little too high for my slot bankroll and other Playtech casinos has 0.01$ as minimum coin-size. Why set the coin-size so high?

The "Wild Viking" bet pays 1250. With 54 cards in the deck including the 2 jokers, this side-bet gives a house edge of 11%. Side bets are normally high house edge, but 11% is way too greedy. Am I wrong?

No, you are right the wild viking bet give a player return of around 88%. I guess don't bet on it if you are looking for low house edge.

The single card bet, two cards bet, four cards bet, single rank, red/black, pair of sixes bet will produce the highest player payout.

The games look great XXL!

But.. but... I wish I could play! Expired Image
