Yesterday I posted how happy I was that 3dice made it 30% easier to trigger the bonus game on supersuits slot machine and 30% easier to retrigger. At the time of that post i was unaware they changed the mulipliers from 4x 6x 8x 12x, to 3x 4x 6x 12x. This makes it so you will win way less money on the bonus game unless your lucky enough to get to the 12x stage. I understand that it will be easier to get to 12x but I don't like this change and let me explain why. Making it easier to trigger the bonus game makes it so the bonus symbols pop up more often blocking areas where you would have won money. In essence this lowers how often you will win on the game for the underlying payouts. And in all honesty it still seems very difficult to trigger the bonus game and I have not noticed that it is 30% more often. They might as well made it 50% more often for the simple fact the bonus symbols get in the way when you only get 2 of them. I really hope they change this back because I would rather it be very difficult to hit the bonus and win more money if I am luckily enough to get the bonus game. Please change this back to hard mode, or give players the option to either accept the change or go back to the original version thanks!

That's the difference between high variance and lower variance games. High variance it's harder to hit anything good, but when you do, it usually pays out better. Low variance, easier to hit but not so good on the payout.

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to have it both ways? Although I've hit the feature on Tut and only gotten 5x my bet, so I guess I did have it both ways - just not the right way around!

Seriously though, I think that they probably changed that game because most of the games at 3Dice are high to very high variance and a lot of players wanted more lower variance games. You can't please everyone, but they're trying to please the majority. If they get a lot of feedback from people that they're not liking it they may change it back.

I agree. I preferred the old high variance version.

When you got the feature you had a real chance to win big. Now you dont.

It's not just that. I liked the feeling of excitement i got when I hit the bonus game because it was very seldom, and I would feel like very excited. Now if I get the bonus game I sit there praying for 12x. I don't like playing games where I have to get very lucky to get a bonus and then very likely again to get another bonus. If I got to the second or third stage before I would jump for joy. i had a bonus before they changed it and got to x12 and retriggered on the 12x stage and won like 260.00 on a 30 cent bet. I guess I just liked it better when it was hard to get the bonus because I felt like I hit a BIG bonus game and I knew that because so many people played this game my odds were already somewhat decent at hitting a bonus game. But like I said, i still almost never trigger the bonus game anyways.
