Ok a few months ago I would probably have agreed with you, however after playing there a LOT more lately since the demise of Ladbrokes I can honestly say they deserve every award they get, the CS is the best of any casino I have played at, the reps here will go out of their way for you and TBH after thinking about it thats all I want (Oh and a few nice wins now and again) .

I do agree with you here, but at the end of the day CM isn't a charity and look at the things they do for you gratis like PAB's and vital information about rogues, plus giving you security at all their accredited sites. But yes, the banner is a bit tiresome. Hit 32red for 5k today, that'll make you feel better...

I am not happy with the no withdrawals being processed on the weekends.

Having said that 32Red does pay out fast during the week and offer manual flushing. I have often been paid on the same day as a cashout.

Other accredited sites take longer than that. For example Redflush have a 24 hour pending period with no flushing. If I am not mistaken Betway has a 48 pending period. Vegas Partner Lounge and Fortune Lounge also have a 24 hour pending withdrawal period. So taken in that context your statement is incorrect.

P.S. I do hope 32Red changes this police and recommence processing withdrawals on weekends

Get adblock plus or something similar and you won't have to see that banner or any other ad on the internet for that matter.

I think 32Red is the best of the MG only download casinos, but it pales in comparison to the newer casinos that offer more than one software and pay within a few hours every day including weekends.

Cash-out to a debit card this minute on Red Flush, Fortune Lounge or 32red and you'll have the money in your bank account next Wednesday/Thursday, all the same. I was expressing an opinion in the same context as Blaothon above, as the majority of sites on the accredited list for UK/European players cash-out at weekends too. There are a few slower than 32red that offer 48hr. pending and many of those are Viper MG sites too.

Well, this ceasing of weekend cash-outs at 32red had a whole big thread on here shortly after its implementation, and the rep never commented after informing us at the start of the thread possibly because there is little he could do about it; a business decision by 32red end-of-story. So undoubtedly 32red would have been aware of the views and criticism on CM already, but decided to live with it. Remember, they aren't in the multi-platform market and obviously (for now) don't see them as competitors, but rather the other MG download sites of which they still remain the best undoubtedly.
I predict that this will change in the not too-distant future, as even the big boys like 32red need a bigger pool to fish in........

I believe CM and 32red deserve every penny, but they would not be were they are today if they ignored what players want so I feel its always best to give an honest opinion.

The banner is pretty much going to garentee that 32red wins casino of the year for 2014. For new members of this site the decision as to what casino they should join is clear - the one that has won all the awards and is plastered over the site.

I made a withdrawal last Thursday 10th April and it's still not hit my account. I've had withdrawals with other casinos last Monday and they're in. No doubt I'll get it, but seems to be taking longer with 32 Red I must say.

I think it's more to do with operating in line with UK Banking hours.

Of course faster is always better - totally get that and agree.

If you can't wait until the next business day to get your money though, you probably shouldn't be gambling with it.

I don't, far from it. It is simply cost-cutting. Nothing more, nothing less. Online there are no such things as 'banking hours' anyway. As you know, I can transfer cash directly to your current account in seconds 24/7/365. Similar to Paypoo and Neteller and Skrill plus numerous other instant methods.

As for the second bit, that's pretty assumptive and incorrect. If I have a budget for the weekend of say 100, win 400 and get paid in hours or even minutes to a webwallet, I can go and withdraw it nearby from the cash machine and leave say the original 100 in and instantly be playing at another casino same weekend for a bit of extra enjoyment that I wouldn't have had otherwise if I had to wait until Tuesday/Wed the following week when I would be back at work.

Fast cash-outs = more choice and flexibility for the player and most importantly instil good faith and trust in that casino, so you have no hesitation in playing there again.

You wanna check that. I have a few current accounts - if I login at 11pm. Sunday say to any one and do a FPS payment to any of the others, it's there and clear by the time I can log-in to the receiving account.
It's been that way for a few years and have done it hundreds of times at all hours. If I'm up late for example, and when the accounts update in the early hours as I receive salary or a casino debit card cashout, I distribute it to other accounts instantly via FPS. Crikey, even make a Paypoo w/d when I've sold something and it's there in seconds...

My understanding is that they don't even have the option. If they go multiplatform then they lose the download casino. They aren't allowed to have both, apparently.

Would be interesting to know how 32red feel about the situation. Perhaps they feel slightly frustrated that they not allowed to offer a service which there is clearly a high demand for.

My bank definitely isn't instant outside of normal hours - personal or business come to think of it (although they are the same bank!) So I guess it's swings and roundabouts.

I don't think it will be - it simply removes it from your account so it can't be reversed and then goes to process with all the others at the usual timescale. Well, that's my understanding of it. In the working week it might make it quicker, I don't know. Slotster might.

I have on several occasions flushed a withdrdwal at around 11am and was paid by 12:30 that same day (to webwallet) so I think it does matter. I didn't flush at Dash once and it was still pending 20 hours later so live chat told me it would be pending for 24 hours. Ever since then I flush an get paid on the same day if I flush before a certain time.

P.S. These fast withdrawals were all done in the last 10 months

Yeah, that's spot on. Once it's "gone" from your reversal bit - the payout is almost immediate if it's in the daytime - usually around 11am the next day if it's at night. You can flush it 24/7/365 in my experience. I do sometimes, I just wait others.
