32 Red what the??.. new one on me

I tried to deposit at 32 Red today - i use paypal. The pop up was blocked by chrome. I selected always allow but nothing happened - the page needed to be refreshed to send again. Refreshed it. Took me back to the deposit options. Tried again but now says deposit limit reached. was not even taken as far as the paypal screen. Contacted chat. Nothing they can do, the failed attempt counts as my deposit even though nothing has hit my account for months.
When a failed deposit has happened at other casinos they always sort it out via chat for me. Not had this before - anyone else?

Yep. When I used to play there I did an error on my card security number or something. The deposit failed but their idiotic system registered it as a deposit, obviously has no integration with your account balance etc. Like you it was a single limited amount I could deposit a month so had to abandon the session. The banking updated the next day and I found I could deposit again.

Yep I had this in the past with 32red when I used to play there. It is a crap system that cant recognize when a deposit has not gone through. Even any error on there own banking page counts as a deposit so if your deposits are limited it can mess you up.

Thanks for replying- well my deposit went elsewhere so they lost out. Dunover- been watching a few of your videos recently and it prompted me to play rhino. Won 250x after around 10 spins. Unfortunately some other crap slots sucked it back- pretty kitty, the new batman (what the hell is that all about!?) and why oh why do I always feel the need to play golden ticket!!?

Hey there, just a not that Sky Vegas have this problem as well, bad programming I would say!
