32 Red - positive feedback

Hi,
I'll start by saying I have no vested interest in 32 Red.
I'm just an average joe who plays online Blackjack.
Of all the casinos I've played at, 32 Red have THE BEST customer service by a long shot.
They paid out my winnings promptly, the only question they asked was to confirm they had my banking details correct. They deposited my winnings directly into account without and fee. I had a series of unlucky hands and mentioned this to their customer support- they gave me free chips (no minimum play through) to try and reverse my luck!
I have played at other 'reputable' casinos who have stalled payout, rejected payout and have made receiving winnings a matter of jumping through hoops... 32 Red are a breath of fresh air by comparison.
I'll finish by saying casino games are geared in favour of the house, we all know that we're betting against the odds at all times... But you know who I recommend if you're going to give it a go!

32 red is one of the best, I nether receive a free chip, Maybe I shall start asking Saying that I needed my user name other day and live help kept saying disconnected, Final after managed to get up waited over ten mins and than disconnected, & than again, So they lost my deposits for that day and sinse

It really is sad that we gamblers doesn't have more patience than we do. I know I can be the same and I always regret it later
Technical problems is nothing they want to have you know so to punish them for it like that is maybe not the right way to get a freebie.
Next time send an email. They are extremely fast in answering them too

LoL, I agree abit of patients would not go a miss, But I did email them more than once and no reply to 3 requests later and over 1 hr had elapsed trying that, Only later on I received email.
I wasnt there to put a pre match bet on, I wanted a quick fex and can get abit frustrated waiting around, As I said 32 red is a good one as we all no, I do not expect any free chips nor do I ask, But nether been offered any only from guts and didn't as for them, I certainly was not going to let them go to waste

I have to say, have only ever had the best customer service experience at 32Red. They are easily one of the best microgaming casinos I think.

I think you are preaching to the converted here.It is generally accepted that 32Red are the best around and it is extremely difficult to find anyone who (genuinely) has a bad word to say about them.Their customer service especially is top notch and sets the benchmark for every other casino.

Yes 32 Red are one of the best casinos online. They are accredited here and have received many awards. I think it's good that your not expecting a free chip because you probably won't get one as an hour isn't really that long to wait. Hope that you win a nice withdrawal on your next deposit

I have not had a win anywhere for a good few months, It was actually much longer than an hour I waited, an hour was just how long I spent on site, Email came threw a good few hours later so I guess there was a problem somewhere, I will be back, Ive actually been playing there for some years now & all has been good,
