Hi all
I would like to say i am so sorry to Kerry at 32 Red casino.
I didn't believe you when you said i had redeemed my loyalty points,through this you still treated me with kindness and never once got mad at me.
Kerry i am so sorry and would like to tell you that you have made me relies how important it is to treat others with kindness and respect.

And to all the staff at 23 RED a big thank you as you are all so nice.

And thanks so much for my Big win on Friday,i have had other wins but was to silly to stop lol.

I would also like you all to know that i have been watching all casino reps,managers and CEO Management on Casino Meister and 32 RED your management etc log in every day.You should all be so proud for caring for you clients.

I agree with the others. It's nice to see a player admit their mistakes and take responsibility for them. Most often it's the other way around (it could never be the players' fault...:rolleyes:) so when a player comes here and posts as you did, it's very refreshing. Thank you for that :thumbsup:
 
Admitting mistake is a good character and build better trust. I wanna be a part of that club if ever it is established. :)

And if ever I made a mistake, I will admit it with no doubt. :) The truth will set us free.

I was tempted to put a deliberate spelling mistake in my post so someone could pull me up on it and say ha ha you made a mistake. But then would anyone have believed me when afterwards I said it was deliberate ?
