3 Dice - wow!

Nifty29 3 Dice - wow!

Hey Gang

I see the same person won the random jackpot twice in a week for over $11k...what are the chances of that!

Amazing stuff!

Wonder if its a CM member?
Sure enough, I was on when it rolled right past my name...not many playing when it triggered...so...the odds of hitting it again is what?? C'mon, guys, say it...it is RANDOMLY chosen...

Yes, I love these RANDOM jackpots... (tongue in cheek )

.

I don't understand the random jackpot there. How do you see it rolling and when does it roll/spin? How can you see who won? Not that I ever expect to win, I was playing all day (well almost...lol) a few times ago when it was hit. I never got visited by Santa (he doesn't like me :( )

I was having wonderful luck there, and was depositing quite a bit, I moved up two *'s, now it's terrible, time to take a break I guess.

I have never understood if it is triggered by your spin or the random goes down the list thing....I thought it was by spin but I may be wrong......I hold no hope ever hitting it....:p

I'm pretty sure the 3Dice RJ operates like RTG RJ.
A small percentage of every bet goes into to the pot, and you get a certain number of "tickets" in return (depending on the bet size).

If you win it, a list with everyone playing (at that time) starts rolling.
It's just eyecandy though, as the winner has already been selected (by them buying a "winning ticket" lol).

I can't remember if if I actually got my theory confirmed, but it does sound logical IMO.

Edit: Confirmed with Enzo

So you don't actually see it but when it's getting ready to go off you see a list of names rolling by...confused:

I don't play 3dice much so I'm not too familiar with their RJs.

...except that's not how RTG random jackpots operate

What you're describing is a pool-based jackpot, not a random. Pool-based jackpots designate at reset the value of the next trigger, and everyone playing it accumulates a chance to win (according to their relative contribution) when it next triggers (as per a lottery).
Alternately they may be random in that they do not pre-designate the next trigger point, and instead assess whether a trigger has occurred for each credit contributed to the jackpot, but then once a trigger has occurred all players that played the game to date from the last reset have eligibility (as per lottery above).

RTG is a random jackpot system, with the chance to trigger (which is relative to bet size) checked at the end of every paid spin, and no correlation between this chance and what has occurred on a previous game.

Both systems are fine, just clarifying the differences.

Woooof

A slight derail but I am wondering whether the RJs can be split to 2 or 3 winners if the JP amount exceeds a certain $ value say if a RJ exceeds $5K 2 players share it at 70%/30% whereas if it exceeds say $10K 3 players share the JP at 50%/30%/20%. The wins will still be substantial and more players will be enticed at the prospect of having more chances to hit the JP with at least $1.5K in the bargain given the examples above.

its like this (ima eyeball witness) you are playing in real mode, making cash bets. alluvasudden a special pop up window appears that contains a jackpot reel and starts spinning (obscures whatever else your viewing on the screen) and you see all the players alias names who happen to be logged into real mode at that moment. you see your name go by. you see your friends names go by. then the wheel stops on the winning name. just missing my name by one or two spaces. !@#!!%*#!@!!

Thank you DogBoy.

I'm pretty sure what you are describing for RTG is how 3Dice operates.
I guess the "tickets" I'm referring to lol is the same as the chance to trigger (depending on bet size, and checked at concl. of paid spins).
Sorry for the clumsy wording.

100% agree!

My play hasn't been the same.

Not even close to being the same play! It is absolutely terrible.

So lets see...I deposit roughly $1,700 this month with one withdrawal for $170 and have a chance to win $50. :what: Which I probably wont get because the month is only half over.

Wow is right.

It's too much going on over there, (all their Christmas bonuses/the nd bonus we got a few weeks ago/now this contest) their payouts have decreased so bad, I'm surprised everyone hasn't noticed.

Yeah, I kind of wish they would drop the whole "super bonus jackpot thing" myself. I can't even stand to play VP there anymore. I get a few decent hits, then it completely shuts down. When I approach CS at 3D about the poor game play, they give me the old " your stats are in line with expectations line". I guess winning a couple of 5oK or a WRF now and then compensates for never hitting any of the "money" wins. I'm at the point where I just don't play there much anymore. I should say that it isn't just 3D, but everywhere these days. Come on US regulation (hard to believe I just said that), but at least someone will be governing this thing. As it is, who knows what is what, we have no real honest idea if online gaming is "fair" or not. I'm glad for this forum as it at least helps us to have some idea, but in the end we just don't really know what is on the level and what isn't. Come on Harrahs, CP and the other land based casinos, get in the game. I'm sure a cash strapped country like ours will see the wisdom (tax wise) of allowing online gaming. Sick of the shady shit online now. (I wonder if MG wll sell their software to US based online entities once the prohibition is over??)

Am I wierd or what?

You know I am thinking the same thing. I love 3 Dice but you can't hardly hit anything there, and some of the casinos are just as bad. I was so surprised to read all of the threads, and some people really get "wired" over winning $100.00. I guess I have my expectations set too high, because to me if you cash in $1000.00 that is a nice win, otherwise, after the ewallets take their amount from you, you might as well just play it in the casino again, because you know you will wind up putting it back in there, less the $30 webwallet charges if you decide to send it to the bank. Am I being wierd here?

Hiya: Well i like 3dice. There Roulette is in line exactly with what it is suppose to be, and thus i have so far turned my $200 deposit into $500, a little at a time.

I run either real hot at 3dice or real cold. Right now it's been real cold but I look forward to when it turns around. When it gets hot I win on everything I play. I'm waiting patiently. lol
