Ok...

So it's NOT 900%. The max is 500%. Duh. My reply:

No matter how you add them up, the max bonus is 500%, not 900%.

Their reply:

Dear Brian xxxxx,

Following up on your email.

We would like to inform you that the maximum percentage in bonus you receive is in fact 900%.

100% + 300% = 400%

400% + 500% = 900%

Thank you for contacting us. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

Have a nice day.

Sincerely,
Vegas Regal Casino Customer Service

:rolleyes:

I've seen this type of marketing math many times. Another good example is onlinecasino.com . Their home page states "300% Bonus" in giant font. They mean a 100% bonus on the first 3 deposits -- 100% x3 = 300%.

Could you Imagine what the play thru would be

Well the 500% bonus is 30xDB with a $100 MIN deposit and a 5x BONUS MAX CASHOUT

Geez these max cashout things are crap - most other casinos (RTG,MG etc) have 200% bonuses etc with no max cashout and 20x or 25x WR.

I thought Vegas Regal were going to change the way they do bonuses???

I'm surprised at this from an otherwise good casino! :eek:

Let me explain, Mr Regal:
Deposit $100, get 100% = $100 extra
Deposit $100, get 300% = $300 extra
Deposit $100, get 500% = $500 extra

Total deposits = $300.
Total Bonuses = $900
Total Percentage = 300%

If you are running a casino you would inspire more confidence in your players if you had a grasp of basic mathematics...

And I'm surprised at this from a "Senior Member":
Could you Imagine what the play thru would be {What has that to do with this issue?}

{What's this big space for?}

Oh Boy. My head hurts.

The 100% bonus is withdrawable and the min. deposit is $25.

The 300% bonus is not withdrawable and the min. deposit is $25.

The 500% bonus is not withdrawable and the min. deposit is $100.

Then they tell you there is a 900% weekend bonuses. Luckily, I didnt get the email although the bonuses are in my account. These bonuses would be more attractive if the comps for slot play is 3x as with many Rivals.

Couldn't agree more. I'd never heard of these guys before, but I would not be trusting my funds to an outfit that can't handle basic maths. Scary.
