21Casino play and go slot issue

For the last 3 days, when playing png slots, after a few spins it freezes, crashes the game, and afterwards the slot wont reload. Experienced this on different browsers, anyone else having the same issue?

21Casino have a terrible interface and theres problems all the time. Does it do it on other brands or just WHG sites?
If the slot won't reload it's probably a stuck game, you will need support to fix it.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing. Have you explained this to Customer Support? If so can I please have your username or email via pm so i can view the ticket and keep an eye on it? If not please raise it with them and let me know your email via pm so i can then follow it up.

As a white label operator we have no access to the integration between WHG and the game provider so i can't see the server logs or if a game round is stuck, I can however monitor the progress of a ticket. Any information such as device, time etc will be useful in trouble shooting.

I like 21Casino well enough for several reasons (high RTP, active rep here, reasonable bonuses etc), but TBH when it comes to some providers you may as well just not bother, a lot of the time you'll be doing well to get through 100 autospins without the slot bombing out.

I tend to just stick to NetEnt when I'm playing there now, you can still see the spins happening that on a different provider would cause a disconnect/error, but for some reason the NetEnt integration seems to be more tolerant of the delay/lag, and most of the time will carry on. About 10% of the time you'll get a server error and need to reload the slot. Certainly I can have a NetEnt slot get through hundreds of autoplay spins on a single stretch at 21Casino without too much trouble, which is pie in the sky for many other providers there.

Anything that uses the SG/Blueprint platform (you can tell by the autoplayer config screen) seems to be particularly bad.

Hi Jack, Im not bothering with a ticket etc, I got my png hit from OJO instead until 21Casino sort it. Thanks for the reply.
