Hello,
I have an issue with SimbaGames.co.uk and EUcasino.co.uk.
I have converted my Vip Point to cash and won £70 and £400 and there is no terms that you need to wager the cash converted from Vip Points and there was no active bonuses showing in the account after I have converted it. I requested withdrawal and they refuse to payout, canceled withdrawal, returned my £20 each casino deposit to my account. I spoke in the chat, but they say that I have breached bonus policy, tried to explain that when I redeemed points, my account was 0.00, so that means I have played with real cash. So waiting now for the email from Payment Department with all details, why they have canceled my winnings.
If anyone could give me some sugestions what can I do to get paid, please, Let me know.
