hi how are you doing @colinsunderland ? The free spins are a gift to players, I hope you enjoy playing them. I dont think its bad to give something free on sign up to you. I still dont get it why its not acceptable to give free spins to players, its a gift, free spins for you to enjoy playing

How much are the free spins in the offer worth?
I think it's bad not to tell customers the value of a bonus.

Come on slotwolf confirm how much the free spins are, put in simple terms is it a penny a line for 20 lines 20p
Or is it on a 20 line slot but with only 1 line being played at 1p ???
Where's sherlock homes ??

He might be to busy collecting his free water to reply.

Free spins are worth 1 cent each

So literally useless then. Why would anyone go through 100 spins .. worth of a whopping 1€ total. You're never gonna win anything with just 1 line and it's a huge waste of time.

150% bonus is okay tho, no complaints there but come on. The free spin value should be clearly advertised ..

Wow nice timing........... just wow.... the moment when you realize the offer you are advertising is exactly why slotwolf rep looks like a fool trying to make sense out of his pathetic malta story about 19 cents beer. Induce a deposit worth 30$ for 77 cents... seems legit... lets scam people on the first offer guys from now on so they will realize even faster how honest our whole buisness really is.
@Slotwolf Casino hi;)

If they offered, say 10,000 free spins at a penny per spin, would you still decline?

Dead or Alive super slow version at 1 line

back in the days when we had fortuin:

But that's for just opening an account... Is 1c spin misleading there?

At least some of the old Cozygames sites got rapped for just that sort of spins promotion. They’d not made clear that the lines were restricted, so while technically right - the spins were far less a reward than implied.

An advantage of the heavily regulated gambling and advertising market here.

Equally though - if you offer me 100 single line spins on one of the Book slots, and make it clear, I’d probably take it. You can turn that into a quid or two to take to full size spins.

Nah, it was the game Allways Fruits, so a 243 ways slot. And that game supported 1p bets back in the day. It is been removed now.

No, I didn’t mean your lot. The whole Cozygames network frequently got into crap for dodgy promotions ;)

(Their sites were horrendously designed, they took forever to pay out, until the UKGC got involved the wagering requirements seemed to depend on the mood of the person handling withdrawals… but they frequently gave no deposit bonuses and would pay out. I once cashed out >£2000 from a free pound)

Guess these spins are mostly for entertaining purposes :)
It's not nice to call anyone a fool, especially not casino reps btw. Nobody had bad intensions here :)

I'm not too sure about that (not the fool part). The rep has deliberately avoided questions about the value (which is why I asked you) and the promotional material they send out doesn't mention them either. I'll bet if they were 100 spins at $5 that would be plastered all over the adverts.

Yep. Softswiss logic. If it suits the casino, it’s normal. If it doesnt, shame.

The whole argument should be answered in one second. Is it fine to not include details on purpose that reduce a gift linked to a deposit. No it’s not. What a suprise...people get used to 15$ gift over time for a 30$ deposit and now.... its worth 77 cents. Don’t even try to male me believe that anyone with brain cant understand that ffs.

For the purpose of acting in good faith, dear @Slotwolf Casino, please read my exemple:

It’s pretty much like offering nice little surprise bags that are usually 2$ for around 1$ worth of candy. All of a sudden, a couple customers are without words when they realize their bags are always filled with dog poop. The new supplier seems to be very comfortable with the idea... He claims that a suprise... is a surprise. He also offers his help in case one bag is empty. I can make you a drawing or send you a personnal bag for free if you still don’t understand. Don’t worry, it will be delicious candy.

Really? I get that you're pissed off, but you're crossing the line now.

The rep has not done themselves any favours in this thread, I can admit that.

But you are fast heading towards "ungrateful self-entitled moron who is only here for the free lunches" territory now.
You are talking to the rep like they are a small child. Or a golden retriever.

Seriously, pump the brakes a little bit, will ya?

I don’t agree with you. I talk to the rep exactly like he does. Exactly like the numerous times one of the n1 interactive casino sent me an offer, lied to me when I ask an agent if everything was fine and then told me to go f myself when it’s time to claim the bonus once deposit is done. All the rep did was answer like the others from the same organisation. Different values I guess. What is wrong with calling out someone who represents the definition of false advertisement? I have no personnal problem with him, only with the fact that he is spreading a message that no one should have any respect for. I won’t change his mind neither yours. Going to walk the dog now. Great dane though.
