12000 major random on a free chip

It happened.. I hit a major jackpot on a free cash back chip. At least the chip was 300 so I will get 3k. Still happy I won but feel a little uneasy knowing had I just played like I normally do I would be waiting on money I could use big time. Still a nice win and fun seeing the fireworks go off. Next time no bonus for me lol.

This was on Casinomax. It is a great site and I knew it was 10x max cashout when they gave me the money.

What a hit even if it was from a ND bonus with a max cashout. I have only hit an RTG jackpot once, and it was a minor. I am hoping to get a major one day...

The funds that would be used for paying out the player instead are kept by the casino. It doesn't transfer to another slot or anything. It is pretty much a "Sweet! We don't have to pay the player the full amount since we get to keep most of it!" This wouldn't be so bad if RTG slots didn't have jackpots attached to them, but 99% do so when it happens... It sucks for players! All RTG casinos have a rule like this too for bonuses that have a max cashout where if you win a huge jackpot... Tough luck!

yep it's the same at all the RTG sites. Most people hit them on free chips because they bet higher amounts. But I was just betting my normal amount.. I have hit a major once before but it was only 3k. Never hit a 12000. I was running good everywhere tonight. I hit 2k on 3dice also. I should have just played normal since I was doing so well. Or at least taken a deposit bonus. I almost never take a free chip.

If you are outside the UK though it doesn't count.

I’m not in the UK. You know what though, they left 11000 in my account and said I could play it for fun and get loyalty points with that money if I wanted to. I told them no thanks and to remove the 11000 from my account which they did. Looking back at it, I should have played that money back into the sane game to give some if it back to the prizepool I would have also got quite a bit of free money.

I just didn’t want to try and take advantage of anything. I don’t want the bad Karma.

Thanks BB got my $ today. Took only a little over 24 hours. Not bad. The customer service is getting better.
