Hi,

I make a habit of checking RTPs before I play given the same variant of the game can be wildly different on various sites.

Anyway, I was playing Reel Rush on 10bet casino. Checked the RTP and this is what it said..

Now as far as I'm aware, even in the good old days, Reel Rush was only 97%. I've never even seen a slot with an RTP this high.

Is there any way of finding out whether this is a mistake or not? Because if it's not, I know where I'll be playing Reel Rush from now on...

Don't think it's a mistake. Pretty sure Reel Rush has a 99% version, Blood Suckers 1 also has a 99% version and it seems 10bet carries both of them at that RTP just from logging in and checking!

It may be an unintended deployment error but the 98% and 99% NetEnt models exist and can be deployed by operators - although naturally, you are more likely to see the lower models which go down to 90%.

The most popular NetEnt titles have so many math models now under Evolution (nine iirc) that you always have to check!

What are the other 10bet NetEnts set to?

On 10bet all of the netents (Even the newer Red Tiger UI style ones) are set to the max RTP. 10bet is a weird site, they have max RTPs for a majority of the slots but every now and then one of the pragmatics that come out will be on 94% (Angels vs Sinners for instance) but another new release after can be at the max. It's weird.

Providing this is an original game, this is a legit RTP model for Reel Rush.

Rare as rockin' horse s$"+

I think @ChopleyIOM did a video ages ago when Unbet ran some NetEnts at 99%. Only other game I can remember is Butterfly Staxx which I've just tried at 10bet, also set to 99.05% and it took nearly 200x off me. Used to play this alot at 96% and was tamest game I'd ever played, not yesteray at 99% though.

Thankfully Creature gave most back, big hit from the base.

A quick search suggests it was 98% - but incredibly rare for any operator to go above default RTP... when they introduced the 90-99% range you knew what was coming, and that greed knew no bounds.

Correct it was 98%, unfortunately a limited selection of games (NetEnt only and a small subsection of their catalogue at that), but there were a few to choose from and as expected, with a mere 2% house edge they ran pretty nice in the main, even spicier variance affairs such as Twin Spin were noticeably kinder.

That said you would still lose on them of course, just slower overall, on average :D

This is why I find casinos serving up 94% games offensive enough, let alone anything lower such as 92%.

For now I'm OK at VS as they still have a lot of legacy 96.xx% games on their books, but if they ever do a clear out and leave 94% only offerings, I'm done.

For some they've gone back and changed them where 94% has been made available at a later date, or was all along, PnG, NLC, Prag etc. But BTG for example, only started doing multiple maths models recently, so all their back catalogue is still up at 96%.

I've noticed newer Blueprints are coming in at 94% or even 93%, which can fuck right off.
