I went to their chat and was asking about RTP % and this is the answer i got ..

I think the rep at 10Bet did not know what he was talking about.
It's a shame to read this kind of thing, but remember support staff are often on minimum wage and knowing anything at all about gambling does not seem to be one of the criteria needed when the casinos are hiring them...

Actually i talked with few guys their chat and i explained the RTP /payout ratio and how to calculate and they claim its 100%...

The worst part is the guy shutting the chat as he think i am wasting his time as he already said its 100% hehe
